[Welcome to "The Depths". This will be the Dungeon that you will reside in. Due to your souls weakness, you possess the weakest and most basic dungeon monster, the skeleton.]

The skeleton awoke, lifting it's torso, turning its head around, taking in its surroundings. It looked around. The skeleton was surrounded by stone walls which had propped up torches on the side, just barely illuminating what looked like a very large room. The place looked to be very old, due to the fact that the walls were mostly covered in moss.
As the skeleton looked around, it saw many other skeletons aimlessly wandering around. Without anything to do, the skeleton got up and replicated the others, also walking around aimlessly. Some carried rusted swords and some carried clubs, while others including the skeleton wandered with no weapon.
As the skeleton walked around, the chittering of its bones could be heard echoing throughout the room. The skeleton suddenly stopped, and saw a broken rusted sword laying in the ground. It paid no matter to it and wandered further away from the large group of skeletons.
[Dungeon master issued command "status"]
Suddenly the skeleton felt a weird jolt pass through its body, and a blue box appeared.

The skeleton stood for a while, staring blankly at the box, not moving a single bone. Then it walked away, ignoring the floating box that obstructed it's vision.

Deeper into the dungeon, a boggart lay in a wooden chair, looking through a glass ball.
"hmph, stinky bones stupid, no open status by self, I open for them. I Thrak, I very smart, open status by self. Tell bones close status"
[Issuing command made by Thrak the Great]
"Now I go see big monster, dumb but strong..... Thrak still stronger."

[Dungeon master issued command "close status"]
Another jolt of energy passed through the skeletons. All reacted as usual, however a certain skeleton froze, as new blue boxes appeared.
[Due to the scarring of your soul, your attributes were assigned randomly]

[Requirement met. Entity now has the ability to *think*, commencing changes]
The skeleton suddenly slumped to the ground, writhing for 2 minutes as a very sharp pain in its skull erupted. Then, black out.
A few hours later, the skeleton rose from the ground. It still felt the sharp sting in its skull, although it was slightly weaker and instead the skeleton felt very dizzy. It slowly walked around, swaying left and right, and found itself once again in the room with the other skeletons.
The skeleton decided to walk towards the others. Wait it decided? Since when was that possible? Is the pain in its head telling it to go to them? Is it the master commanding it? He continued on and as it approached the skeletons, it tripped on something which caused it to collide with another skeleton.

A blue box, the same as the ones before, appeared in front of the skeleton.
"Eh?" the skeleton pondered. Before when it saw the boxes, it paid no attention to them, but this time it realised that there was weird white scribbles in the blue box. The skeleton was carefully looking at the scribbles, trying to understand what they meant. Before its could look properly, the box faded out if its view. Nooo! it wanted to know what it meant, if only it could make the blue thingies appear again. Why did thingy go away?
The skeleton tried to find a way to make the blue boxes appear again. He looked behind rocks, looked inside the skeletons, but he couldn't find it.
"Where thingy go?" thought the skeleton. it had searched everywhere in the room but found nothing. It sat down and thought that maybe sting in skull could help out. So it thought of how it could bring back the blue boxes, until it came to a realisation that the master had told the skeletons to do something called "Status"? It went back to ask for help from the sting in its skull, and the blue box popped out of nowhere.

The amount of white scribbles in the large blue box overwhelmed the skeletons mind, sending it sprawling on the ground once again. After a while the skeleton got used to it and was able to look at the box without his skull hurting. It waited to see if the box would disappear like the last one, but after a few moments went by and the box stayed, the skeleton looked at the white scribbles.
As the skeleton was looking at the white scribbles on the top, it tried to touch it, which brought up another blue box

[Description: An entity with the form of the skeletal body of a human. They are one of the most common monsters in low-mid level dungeons. These creatures are quite weak alone, due to the lack of agility and mainly intellect, however once grouped up are a serious problem, especially when equipped with weapons.]
This time there was even more words that attacked it mentally, but because it had already experienced the stinging pain, it took less time to recover, and a blue box appeared.

After the boxes appeared, the skeleton felt a little less stinging in its skull, and also felt that something in it got stronger. It waved the new box away and kept the other one. Then it noticed that some of them had changed.

So some scribbles did change, the skeleton thought using his stingy, that maybe when he touched the white scribble, it gave it something? It wanted to try it out to see if it was true, so it pressed the scribble under the one before, which opened up another box.

Another wave of pain but an even shorter one later, and another box appeared.

This blue box confirmed his idea, and when he checked the bigger box, he noticed that the scribbles changed again.
