Chapter 17 - A Cycle

The crystal lamp's broken lights were reflected in the bottom of her eyes like stars, dotting all around.

She smiled.

Hesitation clouded her vision.

She could not decide on where the doubt were from. She had been doing plenty of thinking.

However, the more she thought about it, the more she wanted to suppress and bury it deep within her subconscious mind.

Her conflicting self-reflection stems from the underlying fear of the unknown and the probable emotional pain that could have been brought to light.

The more she ignore, the more she missed something.

She felt awful.

An endless unforgiving cycle of torture for her.
