After cleaning up the mess, I started casting the [Restoration] spell. I saw it in a book once but haven't tried it yet. After seeing sensei use it once, I think I'm confident in being able to use it now.
"Restore."
My hands started glowing dark gold in color, while the entire field in front of me started to fix itself. While that happened, Sensei was staring blankly at me.
Once it was all done, I wiped the sweat on my forehead with my sleeve.
Phew, it's all done.
"Eeto, Hatsume-kun."
"Hai?"
"Please do not destroy the entire place again. Even if you can use the [Restoration] spell."
"Ah, sorry sensei, I'll use less magic next time."
I nodded my head.
Sensei then clapped his hands together softly so that it wouldn't make a sound.
"Great, now let us end today's class here."
Hmm, she's actually pretty cute huh.
"Okay, see you next class sensei."
After saying goodbye, I left the room and headed to the cafeteria. Since other classes haven't ended yet, there weren't many people in the cafeteria beside the students in my own class.
After choosing my meal (Tonkotsu Ramen), I sat down by a table. Before I even put my bowl down, I heard multiple soft banging sounds on the same table.
Ah, it seems they are joining me huh. But why are they putting down their bowls before me huh?
"Everything is resolved, the classroom is back to normal."
"I see. I didn't know you were so good at magic, Hatsume-kun."
"Eh, I'm not really good at emission type magic. My strength lies in my [Body Strengthening] magic instead."
"... That's what you call not being good at emission type magic?"
Ah, it seems Saito doesn't believe me.
"Well, how prepared are you for the next class, Saito?"
"Me? Well, I'm not too confident, but I don't think I'll lose too quickly."
You must be wondering what the next class is. The next class is an extension of the magic practical class, where students choose to duel against another student.
Anyone is able to choose this class, but since it is dangerous, there will be measures in place to guarantee the safety of all students.
Looking around, I could see various students sitting together. It seems the groups within the class have already been established.
It seems I won't be able to make any more friends huh, quite unfortunate. Hmm? Is that Chisaki over there by herself?
Oh right, in the game, she didn't have many friends. It wasn't until Saito came along that she began making friends in school. Truly an overpowered skill…
After lunch, we all headed to the next class. The room is similar to the previous classroom with a large open space and no ceiling. The difference is that there is an automatic barrier in place at all times, as well as an auto restoration spell for if the stage gets destroyed.
Though, that's pretty rare, since the stage is made up of an extremely durable metal found only in this world. To be specific, the metal is found in a mine in the Arcadia kingdom and is imported here.
By the way, this part of the continent I am in isn't under any kingdom. For some reason, it doesn't even have its own name. Hence, I haven't been mentioning a name for it if you hadn't already noticed.
Thanks to said mine, the kingdom which had started from a barren land, became the most prosperous kingdom on the entire continent. No idea why, but it seems like the mine isn't running out anytime soon, it was as though the metal spawned infinitely just like the monsters inside the dungeons.
Now let me talk about the next class briefly. To enroll in the class, of course, one would sign themselves up for it. Afterward, teachers would examine and determine whether the student is able to enroll in the class since it is a dangerous one.
Right, did I mention clubs yet? Might as well do it now.
Just like every school, the schools in this world also have clubs. In the academy, there isn't a dungeon exploring club. Hmm, maybe I should form it? I don't know whether it will be approved or not though.
Anyway, my small group of friends, as well as Chisaki, has gained approval to join this special class.
When we arrived, we entered the classroom. I saw some unfamiliar faces from students in other classes, as well as one or two faces I have seen.
How have I seen their faces? They are the heroines, duh.
Just letting you know now, but this game has a lot of heroines, when I say a lot, I actually mean a lot.
On the far back of the room, is a small white-haired loli, who likes wearing animal costumes. She is incredibly cute and tailors to lolicons while making you want to feel like protecting her.
Onodera Ayumi is her name, her long white hair is either tucked on the inside of her costume or placed neatly outside her hood.
Despite her small size, her specialty lies in her strength. With such a small body, she can lift a huge hammer that weighs over three hundred kilograms with ease.
Moving along, just below her, is another beautiful girl with short pink hair. With a braid on the left side, and one streak of red along her hair. Her pupils are kinda weird, they are pink just like her hair, but rather than a round shape, her pupils are heart-shaped.
Now you might be thinking of something dirty here, just don't. She was born that way okay?
Both of them are first-year students as well, the developers purposely made it so that many heroines were born in the same year as the protagonist. Of course, once he moves up a year, there will be more heroines who are younger than him as well.
Anyway, you will know how she fights soon, so I won't waste my breath here.
Sitting down, I could see that our small group drew a bit of attention since we all entered at once.
"Good, now that everyone is here, I will begin today's class."
"Though I may say that, the only thing I actually do is watch you kids play around on the stage. So who wants to go first? By the way, you can challenge anyone you want to."
When the teacher finished speaking, one of the students from another class pointed at me.
"I challenge you."
I looked at him and nodded.
"I'll be back."
Heading down to the stage, I stood at one end of the large stage that was over fifty meters in both length and width. Hmm, it's pretty big I thought.
When I stood there, I began using one percent of my magic. After all, I'm not trying to hurt him as I did to Sebastian, speaking of Sebastian, wonder when he will arrive?
Anyway, the guy who challenged me started channeling his magic. It seems he's a wizard type ability-user.
Looking at him, I used the basic fire spell, [Fireball].
It fired from my hand as it soared through the air towards my opponent who had just finished chanting his spell.
It seems like he used the [Firestorm] spell, it's an intermediate level spell, not bad.
Boom!
The flames from my fireball, as well as his spell, crashed against each other. His spell started to slowly overpower my own spell. Since that's the case, I'll just spam the skill.
Pointing my finger at him, like a gun, I shot out a multitude of small fireballs from my index finger.
Whoosh!
The multi fireballs, combined with my initial fireball and expanded in size, completely consuming my opponents, spell.
From where I was standing, I could see that his expression changed. It seems, he thought he had already won after casting his first spell.
I then walked up to him while keeping up my magic at the same level. Even though it was only one percent, my speed was still astonishingly fast for someone of his level.
I could even hear the spectators being amazed. Oi, oi it's still too early to be amazed okay? I'm just using a small fraction of magic okay?
Anyway, before he could use another spell, I appeared behind him and held my hand against his neck.
"That's the match, Hatsume Haruhiro wins."
Just like that, I removed my hand from his neck and turned to head back to the crowd. As I was walking up, someone shouted.
"Watch out!"
I turned around as a large spell crashed into my body.
"Hahahahaha!!!! I did it, that's what you get for showing off!"
Oi oi, did he think he finished me off with a spell of that level?
"That's right, I showed everyone how weak he is, he shouldn't be around beautiful girls with his strength! So what if he's handsome? He's just a pretty boy! He only beat me just now through luck anyway."
By the time he finished his speech, the flames dispersed as I started dusting off the dust on my clothes.
"Hey, you almost got my clothes dirty, you're lucky it didn't. Else you'd need to pay for the laundry fees.
"Nani?! How… how are you unfazed?"
Without answering him, I turned into a phantom and chopped his neck, knocking him out.
Huh, it really works? I thought it was just for comedy, I should use it more often. I thought.
