Engi's day was split into four main parts. His day began with his work out and weapon training. After that he would shower and get some breakfast. This was the first part of his day, and the part he enjoyed the most. The orcs had eventually gotten used to his presence. They stopped complaining when they realized he had no interest in him, though they still glared at him when he entered.
The second part of his day was filled with repair work. An average day for him consisted of repairing 100-200 machines or weapons. He could have handled more, But Esabel wanted him to take the time to learn about the different machines he was repairing. Eventually he would recieve a thorough understanding of them and be able to build them from scratch or make appropriate adjustments if needed.
The third part of his day was filled with the runes and formations. He would study the runes, taking notes as he saw fit. He had a complete notebook filled with his notes on the runes. The formations were even more complex. There were a total of 5 notebooks completely filled with his notes on the formations.
The final part of his day was filled with his goggles. He spent the remainder of his time on building them. His modifications to the original design were going rather smoothly. He had even used the monitor next to him to design an AI system for the goggles. Thankfully due to his own familiarity with the goggles due to his glasses back home he did not need to waste his schematic on the creation of the goggles.
After that he would sleep, Esabel had allowed him to follow his routine from back on earth, He was allowed to sleep for 6 hours at night, and recieved a 2 hour nap between the second and third part of the day. This is when he would recieve his second meal as well.
Like this a month had passed. Engi had gotten used to his life in the engine room, and had used what little free time he had to draw sketches of his mother an father which he hung above his workbench. Whenever he felt homesick he would stare at the sketches. He had also stealthily drawn multiple sketches of Esabel when she wasn't paying attention. He had real skill when it came to drawing, and it showed if someone were to look at his sketches. He had drawn a total of 10 sketches of the beautiful orc, His favorite being a sketch of her on one knee in front of the engine with a large wrench in her hand. Oil covered her body, but a look of determination was on her face as she fixed the machine.
He had deliberated for a while, but finally decided to hang that picture up as well. He did not care what she said about it, the picture was rather inspirational for him, and was easy on the eyes. Surprisingly she did not say anything as she looked at the picture she had drawn, only nodding her head before correcting a mistake on the project he was currently working on. She left shortly after that. She didn't tell him where she went, or say anything when she came back.
Engi's proficiency with repairs had increased dramatically, over the month both his [Aprentice Orc Mechanic] and [Gunsmith] titles had leveled up to 5. From his repeated practice with the rifles he had gained proficiency in them and the [Amateur Gunslinger] skill which gave him bonuses to his accuracy and damage based on his level. He was currently lvl 2 in the skill and recieved a 2% bonus.
His level had risen to 5 during the month, and had gained an additional 2 points to his physical stats through working out. His stats were now.
