Quint's body was it surrounded by his flames. The demon could feel the heat radiating from Quint. "Who are you to that woman? Why do you care?" asked the demon.
"I'm here brother!" replied Quint.
"Her brother? If you were get brother, why weren't you here to die along her side?" asked the demon.
"Die? She's not going to die. From what I can tell she's going to be ok. You couldn't get the job done," answered Quint while looking at his surroundings.
"I was just having some fun, but you ruined the ending!" shouted the demon.
Quint became more angry and his flames grew brighter and hotter. "Silvan!" said the demon. Quint was thrown off guard and said "What?"
"My name! My name is Silvan! You're just as rude as your sister!" said the demon.
Silvan stood at 5'11 and slender, dressed in a griddy, black tuxedo. He wore an extra wide smile on his face. His skin was pale white.
"Alright Silvan, I hope you can present a challenge so I can kick your ass longer," said Quint.
"Enough talk!" replied Silvan as he charged at Quint. Quint charged at him with a trail of flames following behind him and the two collided and traded blows. The both blocked and dodged want others punches. The two separated from each other. Silvan looked at his hands and noticed that his palms were scorched. "You're a strong fighter, I'll give you that. Shade!" said Silvan. A shadow appeared behind Quint and grabbed him. "Good boy!" said Silvan.
"What is this?" thought Quint as he turned his head to see what was holding him. The shadow was pitch black and had the form of Silvan.
Silvan cackled loudly with his arms spread out and said, "You humans don't deserve to live! You have no manners and no respect! How dare you burn my hands?! Who do you think you are?!" Quint struggled to get free from the shadow, but was unsuccessful. "Struggle all you, but no one has ever escape the grasp of my shade," said Silvan as he pulled out a knife, "I'm gonna carve you up!" Silvan cackled at his easy victory. Quint turned at Silvan once he got within his reached. "You fell for it," said Quint with a smile. He then burst from the shade's grasp. Silvan was shocked at what he witnessed! Quint exploded surrounding the area with intense flames.
Lucas had Shay in his arms as he jumped from tree to getting through the forest. He then felt Quint's spirit power surge to a point he had never felt before. "Quint is really going all out. He must be really pissed because he never starts his fights off at full strength," said Lucas. He then looked down at Shay and says "I wish I could be there also. I can tell you put up a fight." He continued on through the forest.
A section of the forest was completely incinerated. The area was filled with ash from the trees being burned to the ground. Nothing will be growing there for a very long time. The shade was destroyed. Silvan was still standing, most of his clothing had been burned of off. "Someone's a show off," said Silvan. Quint was shocked to see that Silvan was relatively ok. "I thought that would've at least did something to him," thought Quint, "But how did he avoid getting seriously hurt?"
"I know you're wondering how I escaped. But it's quite simple. You shouldn't have smiled before you attacked," stated Silvan while wagging his finger at Quint. "Damn it!" said Quint.
"That mistake made me get on the defensive. And now... Shade!" Two shadows appeared.
"He can make two?! Three versus one, that's the only way he could this anyway. He definitely couldn't take me on one versus one," thought Quint. "Hey boy! You're not making this fun,! You won't even talk! You just stand there rudely as I speak to you! You should at least acknowledge me! It's the proper thing to do!" shouted Silvan. The shades started attacking Quint. Quint dodged all the attacks that the shades threw at him. Silvan then joined the fray, landing hits on Quint causing the shades to hit him too. Quint took a beating.
"Have you learned any manners yet?!" asked Silvan.
"Nope!" said Quint, "I did learn that you hit like a little bitch though."
Silvan cackled and said "You're pretty funny. You're the one standing there with bruises on your face and body.
"He's right. I have taken a lot of damage and I won't be able to take much more of this," thought Quint. Then he remembered what Shay had gone through.
"Shay suffered much more than me," thought Quint. He remembered that she had somehow dealt with the giant demon, and got hurt. When he arrived, he had saw that she managed to kill three demons in her weakened state. "She did all of that! She didn't give in to anybody! I should take a page from her book," thought Quint as he powered up. The shades retreated to Silvan. "That's how he did it! He used his shades to absorb my last attack. Now that I know this, I can plan better. I'll just shoot right through them," thought Quint as he kept raising his power. "Get ready shades!" commanded Silvan.
"Hakugun!" yelled Quint as a huge, fiery energy blast was fired from his hand. "Shades!" shouted Silvan. The shades took the form of a shield and protected Silvan. While Silvan was dealing with the Hakugun, Quint was getting ready to die his Flames Dragon attack. "This one isn't as strong as the last one, but it should pierce his that shield. Flame Dragon!" A fiery, dragon shaped blast was released and it collided with Silvan and his shades. Silvan was engulfed in flames and nothing but ashes remained.
The attack continued and broke through the barrier and off the island, catching Mary's attention. "What have these kids gotten into now," said Mary annoyingly.
