Thunderstruck, Selene caught her breath as she absorbed what he just stated. Unknowingly, something inside her heart tingled and also there's a slight pierce feeling. She couldn't comprehend the emotion she felt.
"R-Reiji, what are you talking about?" instead of assuming, bunch of ideas began to crowd her mind. Fallen for him? That was ridiculous!
Nevertheless, she was still hoping that it could be possible for the two of them. Falling in love for each other is not quiet bad.
But the chance for them was too low.
"Nevermind." Reiji's sudden change of mood made her uneasy since he became timid. He picked up the suit she dropped earlier and covered her body. "I can almost see your soul. So, if you don't want me to think maliciously, mind as well don't display your assets."
Selene arched her brow as she looked at her petite body. She blushed when she just realized what 'assets' he's pertaining.
For Pete's sake, how stupid she is for not thinking that she wore a very thin white fabric dress. And her breasts were like being exhibited for a long time. Well, bad thing, she got soaked.
Selene quickly crossed her arms to prevent Reiji from seeing her damped chest. D*mn it, she needed to go home.
"Do you have a car?"
"Yeah. Why?" Reiji asked.
"Can you give me a ride?" Selene was praying through her mind that he would be gentle to grant her request. "I can't go home like this."
Reiji looked at her. He then unveiled his evil grin. "With one condition."
"What condition?"
"Give me your phone number."
"Alright!" Selene agreed without hesitation. Good thing his condition was easy to provide and simple.
"Follow me." He commanded.
As they were about to exit the garden, Selene got tripped and she fell on the ground. Pain consumed her and it looks like she's going to have an injury.
"Argh! D*mn, it hurts!" she forced herself to stand yet the pain continued to increase.
Before she could try to stand again, later on she began to float from the ground. She discovered unexpectedly that Reiji carried her on his arms.
Oh goodness gracious, they are skin to skin right now. She never forgot even a second that Reiji was topless since then.
"Don't move." He warned her. There's nothing she could do to but encircle her arms against his neck to prevent her from falling again.
Hayst. How unlucky she was.
As they reached his luxury car, Reiji carefully made her sit on the passenger's seat, while him at the driver's seat.
Before he started the car, he stretched his hand to get something at the back seat. Recklessly, Selene was so close to him that's why his muscular chest almost touched her.
"Hey~"
"Don't worry. I'm just getting my shirt." He took a black shirt then dressed it in front of her.
D*mn, can she be honest? He's so hot wearing that lucky shirt.
Come on, Selene. Why so barbaric? It's not really a good thing.
"Are you going to give me your number?"
She took her phone from his pocket, open it for a second then she let him do whatever he wanted.
After that, he returned the phone to her palm.
"So, why did you asked for my number?"
"Isn't it obvious? I don't want to lose my contact with you again."
"Why? Are you going to miss me after you take me home?"
"What if I said yes?" then without waiting for her reaction, he began to drive the car, leaving her breathless.
