Luna's first day in the house her uncle bought her, was nothing but lonesome. While the workers decorated the house according to the Interior Decorator's orders, she sat in the kitchen all day staring at the cover of the book Jihoon had given her.
'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck' by Mark Manso.
She had intended on reading it but at that moment her mind was else where.
When the maid finished preparing lunch for her she asked the lady to go take a break and to tell the workers to do so as well.
She got up and looked around to see if there were anymore servants in the house and to her relief they had all gone to the servant quarters.
She retrieved her unopened suitcase and wheeled it out of the front door and hurried along the driveway to the main gate.
"Miss Pièrce!" Her new butler shouted from behind her.
Luna's eyes widened and she realized that she had completely forgotten about the security cameras. She cursed under her breath and started running down the road dragging her suitcase behind her.
She could hear the men closing in on her and she willed her legs to go faster making her muscles ache and telling her to stop.

"You bitches better stop running or else you're going to be in a heap of trouble." The girl with the shaved head shouted.
Fear dominated over the adrenaline Luna felt as Jade and her ran hand in hand as fast as they could, while Frea the most dangerous girl at juvie and her tramps chased them through the yard and into the building.
She didnt mean it as an insult because thats what evryone called them, Frea and her tramps.
"Jade she's going to kill us! I mean really kill us!" Luna voiced out her worry and Jade's laugh came out in pants.
"Its okay. I know what Im doing."
Oh I doubt that very much.
But Luna didnt say anything else, because no matter what anyone else said or what ever things seemed like, she always believed in Jade.
Because she believed Luna when even her family didnt.
Her lungs burned from the lack of oxygen as Jade dragged her through the corridors bumping into other inmates and finally they got into the laundry room.
"You hide in that pile of laundry and Ill hide behind the washing machine!"
Luna obliged with her whole body shaking in terror and she tried to hold her breath so that no one would find her.
The pile of laundry that she was hiding in was right next to where Jade was hiding.
"We cant hide forever! She'll get us eventually." Luna whispered.
"We'll worry about that when the time comes. But for now we just have to stay here till the lunch bell rings."
"Fine, but what did you take from Frea's room anyway?" Luna asked remembering how she kept a lookout while Jade went inside Frea and her tramps' cell.
"A blessing from god." Jade said, her tone poetic "A bite of heaven, with the taste of euphoria."
"You stole drugs?!" Luna whisper shouted but Jade ignored her and removed the clothes from on top of Luna revealing her face.
"I think the coast is clear, lets go."
They cautiously walked out of there and tried to casually walk through the sea of inmates.
"There they are!" They heard someone shout from behind them and they started running again.
And just as the people behind them could catch up, the guards returned from the lunch area and the bell rang signalling that lunch time was over and it was time to return to the cells.

"Miss Pièrce please take the car!"
Im running away you idiot.
Luna thought, frustrated at them for still chasing her, her lungs burned and her legs ached.
One of the wheels of her suitcase got loose and sprang off,
"Oh no!" She exclaimed and ran back to get it, the suitcase was the only thing she owned.
The wheel rolled to the middle of the road and she went to pick it up hurriedly so that the staff wouldnt catch her.
A car coming down the road made a sudden turn to avoid hitting her and ended up ramming into an orange vendor's stall.
The footsteps of the staff were growing closer so without assessing the situation she picked up the suitcase and its wheel and ran away.
Stalled by the numerous oranges on the ground and the crowd gathered near the car, the staff lost Luna and she hid inside a flower shop.

Much to Luna's convenience the old lady who owned the flower shop had a screw driver in the back and she could fix the suitcase.
"Why are you running away?" The old lady asked while spraying the plants.
"Because those were dangerous men." She lied.
"I meant why are you running away from home?" The old lady gestured towards the suitcase.
Luna looked at the floor, contemplating what would be the understandable answer, "Because that wasnt my home."
"Well then make it home." She stated "Having a roof over your head is better than wandering like a nomad."
Luna didnt want to have this conversation, she had already made up her mind.
"Its complicated." She got up and started for the door and just as she walked out the woman spoke again.
"Well then uncomplicate it. Or else it'll follow you until one day it will form into something ugly and will force you to face it."
Luna walked out without replying.
Ill take care of that when the time comes. For now I just want to live in peace.
