"What did you just say?!" asked Snow in a very angry voice.
"Was I not clear enough?" said Victor calmly.
"No, it's not that you weren't clear. You want me, a wanted criminal to take to the capital, that is filled to brim with soldiers right after i just escaped from that hellish place? NO! Not happening." protested Snow while crossing her armes.
"You don't need to be with me. You can just create a portal and get me there, you said that you can do that."
"Can and Will are two seperate things you imbecile. How can you even be so calm after just killing two people who were just doing there duty? Don't you have any sentiment?" said Snow, changing the subject.
"Well, they aimed to kill me, so i would call this self defense."
"Self defense is when you just knock them out, you straight up killed them. And how did you even do that, no one in this country is faster then this General, well except for our Queens."
"You are changing the subject here, also you are asking too much questions. All i need is for you to take me there. Its not that hard, also what can go wrong?"
"Us being taken and killed? You being caught for a murder? Words spread fast here, and when they'll find the bodies you will be a criminal same as me." explained Snow.
"Ah, so you did kill someone. What's wrong with me doing it?"
"T-that was....AGH fine, just stand here and don't move. Not even an inch. I want this to be over as soon as possible."
Victor just smiled and did as Snow asked.
Snow's eyes glowed vibrant yellow and then changed into violet as she muttered some words that Victor could not understand. Victor was looking at her, almost not blinking and then came a bright light. It almost blinded Victor but when he opened his eyes he was no longer under the beautiful night sky on top of that hill. He was standing on a bridge. In daylight.
"So, you can manipulate space, but time is still running as you use your power. Interesting." said Victor out loud. Expecting an answer, but there was no one to answer him. He was standing alone on a bridge. It led towards a large castle. The largest and most luxurious castle he has ever seen. If this was not the royal castle, then nothing else. There were two guards, similar to the ones that Victor killed just a moment ago, however these looked more inexpirienced and weaker.
Victor walked up the bridge and tried to enter the gates of the castle, naturaly he was stopped by the guards who crossed spears to prevent Victor from entering.
"Hmm? What's the matter guys?" asked Victor as if he was familiar with them.
"Walk away..." said one guy not very happily.
"Ah. But I need to speak with the queen."
"Which one?" asked the second guard.
"Wait, there are more?"
"You come here, not even knowing who you are meeting? Is this some joke?"
"Oh but of course not. I'm just not from around here." said Victor with a bright smile while streching his arms out, as if to show them his attire. True, his was very different from any other in Radia.
"The queen has no time for fools like you. Get lost."
"Now now, I just need to talk, there is no need-"
"I said." the guard them moved to grab Victor's scarf "Get lost"
Victor stood there with a smile frozen on his face, but this time he closed his eyes and spoke with a different tone than before: "Don't touch that scarf..." he said almost threateningly.
"Or wha-" the guard didn't finish. His hand that just held the scarf fell to the ground with a splashing sound. A stream of blood poured down the blade of Victor's sword that appeared in Victor's hand like magic.
The guard screamed in pain, dropping his spear and holding his hand to stop the bleeding, the other guard stood there, horrified.
"If you don't get him to hospital, he'll bleed soon." said Victor again with his normal happy voice. The guard looked angry but he wanted to save his friend so he left. The gates were left unguarded. He then heard someone from the tower that was next to the gate. Victor didn't see who it was, only their hair, that was long and dark, almost as dark as the night sky.
Victor then put back his sword and walked calmly. As if nothing happened. He opened the gates and walked a long empty hall with a dozen of statues with some heroes depicted on them. One of them was hidden from the plain view and Victor stopped at it. There was a man with long untamed hair who held a scimitar and asumed a fighting pose. Under the statue, there was a name and a description. "Velaeran, King of the Storms. First of the Guardians." and next to the statue were three more. One giant snake with a crown on his head, one lady with a staff that was surrounded by giant thorny vines and lastly, the biggest statue of someone who looked more like a queen that held a spear. Victor knew only two statues of the four, but he knew that he will probably know who the other are if he will read the names, but he was stopped by someone in long white dress who was standing behind him.
"The queen is waiting." said the person. It was a woman, but Victor felt that something was of with her. She didn't seem dangerous, but she also didn't seem to be weak.
Victor looked at her and followed her without saying anything. She led him to the biggest door he has ever seen. The left side depicted the Sun and the other had picture of Moon on it. With ease the door opened, as if they weighted nothing and Victor then stood in a large hall. The hall was empty with many windows on the walls and two thrones at the end.
"If there is a throne, there must be someone to sit on it. Where is the queen?"
"You will meet her. I will leave now." said the woman and as she said, she left, closing the door with a loud sound.
Victor then heard steps. Someone was walking in the hall, but Victor could not pick up their presence. He could not make any sense of where they are. CLAP!
The room filled with light, as if the literal Sun came down just to brighten the empty hall. Well, it was not empty anymore. There was someone in the hall. Two other figures appeared. Similar sice, but diferent aura. One wore golden robes with Sun engraved in it, her hair being bright as the dessert Sun that Victor knew very well. The other lady was dressed in black and blue robes, that had stars and moon depicted on them. Her hair was dark and long, held in a ponytail that almost brushed the floor. Victor has seen them before, in the tower. They were hers.
"So, shall we begin?" said one of them while both of them sit into their thrones.
"As you wish." said Victor, acting humble.
