The other children gasped and Mrs. He who found her evidence pointed her hand toward Wu SuYi, "Did you hear that?! Two people had said it by themselves."
"I did," Wu SuYi replied in ease. Rui who felt shaken looked at her in fear, shaking his head as he continue to defend himself. She slowly patted Rui's back, making him feel saver while at the same time convincing Han XiGuang that he doesn't need to do anything.
If he was, after all those rumors placed on him as someone who would abuse his own son, she doubted being aggressive would put a good view for others.
"Anyone else who had seen FanYi was tripped by Rui?" Wu SuYi looked at the other children's eyes. Everyone was avoiding her and she could tell by the look that they were nervous, even scared.
She offered them a smile and some of them seem to return them with politeness. They weren't scared of her, but instead, FanYi.
"Did you really saw Rui tripped, FanYi, little boy?" Wu SuYi questioned kindly.
The boy flinched and nervousness almost make his face turned into green. Mrs. He who saw this become more miffed, "Didn't you heard him already that he saw it happen?"
"I don't doubt anyone, but there are four people around Rui and FanYi yet little boy," Wu SuYi looked at the boy, "What's your name."
The scared boy didn't want to answer and his mother appeared, "GuShi."
The mother, unlike the boy didn't seem to be on either FanYi or Mrs. He's side, instead looking at them in hostility.
"Only GuShi had seen it happen, even though he sat there," Wu SuYi pointed her fingers, locating the boy who had sat at the corner of the room, far away from both FanYi or Rui.
Rui also looked at GuShi and his lips pursed tighter, feeling betrayed as the boy had lied.
Mrs. He who saw this appeared shocked, "No, he must be able to see FanYi if he stood up."
"Little girl," Wu SuYi quickly questioned the girl who sat next to GuShi, "Can you tell me if you can see what color of shoes Rui is wearing when you sit or stand up from your place?"
The girl sat right next to GuShi and the girl shook her head, "It's too far, sister," she explained.
Now the table was flipped and everyone looked at both Mrs. He and FanYi in doubts. Their eyes were filled with question and some daringly feel the need to mock their current situation.
"Are you calling my son a liar?!" Mrs. He didn't take kindly of the gazes thrown at her.
"I didn't say such a thing. I said that indeed we should know and find the root of the problem here." She had only interact a little with the children in the classroom, but had already learned the issues happening inside it. Children had always been the little innocent creature. They would try to lie as they are afraid of punishment or disappointment but their expression was too easy to understand.
It seemed, however, the mothers in the classroom was as easily readable as their children. She looked at the students again and offered them a bright smile. The children looked at her without fear, therefore accepting her with her smile. "Little sisters and brothers, is anyone here scared of FanYi?" Wu SuYi had only raised the question when FanYi's eyes widened in shock.
Mrs. He also flared up in anger, slamming her hand to the children's table, surprising them as everyone became scared of the angered mother.
"What are you saying! Are you trying to accuse my son?! Is it not enough that you have protected him by lying?! It's a clear fact that my son is wounded—"
"Did you see my son tripped your son by your own eyes?" Han XiGuang who couldn't stay quiet narrowed his eyes, he wasn't one to accept any terrible words thrown to his son and with the daring audacity Mrs. He had was pulling on his thin thread of patience.
Mrs. He become scared but it wasn't her who was scared, almost everyone who saw the darkened expression from his face couldn't help but shudder. Wu SuYi seeing this expression from him for the first time shuddered as well.
It was as though the rumor of him being connected with the underworld group seemed to be true. His expression was bloodthirsty. If she hadn't known him before, Wu SuYi would have avoided him from sheer guard.
"Daddy, I'm alright," Rui whispered slowly, trying to gain Han XiGuang's attention and distract his anger by doing so.
Han XiGuang turned to first meet Wu SuYi's eyes. In silence he sighed, and looked away as if to take a time for himself and calm down.
"In any case, I believe, you would like to say something, mother of GuShi?" She asked.
The woman nodded and glaringly stared at Mrs. He, "I have been bringing this topic to the school and the teacher. But she said she would continue to find out the problem. Until today, my son have to come home with bruises on his knees until there's no more place for a bruise to fit!" The mother yelled at Mrs. He who appeared confused in return.
"What does that have anything to do with me?" Mrs. He shouted, making the children uncomfortable around her presence.
The mother was shocked to see the oblivious Mrs. He still questioned her for answer. "It's because your son is the one who had made those bruises on my son's knees!"
"Bullying," Wu SuYi responded in continuation, "FanYi had been bullying his friends in the classroom, did he not, teacher?"
The teacher who now garnered the negative view was staggered with the reviews. She stared and raised her hand, shaking speechlessly as it is a fact that she had ignored a parent's request to interrogate a bullying situation.
Han XiGuang's eyes grew redder by time, filled with anger that he clenched with his fist.
