Flash back

Year 1996

Jared and molly were sitting on the couch one late night in there run down apartment. Baby on the way. Jared had just gotten a promotion to senior editor at fairmont magazines. They were to move to their new house tomorrow. Banks street was where the wealth stayed.

"Molls. I don't know whether to be excited or to be scared. I know i've been with the company for well over two years. But, we are expecting little David.* Jared leaned over and gently rested his head on her bare belly and kissed it as he sighed.

Molly stroked jared's hair as he rested his head on her belly and chewed on her bottom lip in thought. "Well, i know we are young and going to have a baby. But we have my sister that can help me out while you are at work. I shouldn't have to be out for long. Then i can go straight back to being your boss again." Molly winked as jared looked up at her to give her one of his famous smirks.

Jared stood up and stretched just as the timer for the pizza went off. " Well babes i'm going to go pull that out cut it up for you and put it here on the coffee table before i go iron my clothes and pack my lunch." Jared bent over and planted a sweet kiss on her lips and winked at her as he walked to the kitchen.

Once in the kitchen jared turned of the timer and hummed to himself as he pulled out a pot holder to grab the pizza out and put it on the stove and pulled out the pizza cutter. Then he thought to himself.

Should I propose to my sweet molls before or after we have the baby? He squinted in thought as he cut the pizza and plated it and licked pizza sauce off his thumb.

Jared walked back to the living room and placed mollys plate in front of her with a smile. "Well babe, is there anything more i can get you?" He watched her as she took a sip out of her cup of tea. Molly tilted her head. "Not right now. But you best hurry up before the walking dead comes on. It comes on next." She looked at her phone to see how much longer. "You have approximately 24 minutes." Jared eyes widened as he ran off to their room to prep his clothes he decided on a dark blue shirt and black slacks and a black tie.

Jared ran back just in time after he packed his lunch. Molly nodded and unpaused the t.v and started on her last piece of pizza. Jared relaxed against the back of the couch as the opening of walking dead started. Molly giggled a little as glenn came on screen. "That glenn there... He's a very good looking man." She teased jared as he pretended to be heart broken.

Half an hour into the show molly fell asleep against Jared. Jared rubbed her belly absent mindedly as the show ended and carried her to bed.

Jared parked his car in the underground parking garage at his job and gripped the steering wheel tightly. I got this....no...no i don't got this....i don't know how well Andy is going to take it....he wanted the position so bad....should i wait to go in until its announced? Should i lay low? Should i go in and pretend i dont know whats going on?

Jared grabbed his bag and his lunch and got out his car and beeped it and ran inside and clocked in and took his normal seat next to Bri.

Bri looked over at jared and smiled at him and said. "So, how is the wife? Did she pop yet?" Jared looked at her and inhaled and grinned widely then said. "No..not yet she's due Friday. Im so excited to see our little David." Bri wiggled in her chair a little and giggled. "I remember when i had my first son. He was an angel at first..then he became a little brat. Be careful. He's bound to break hearts!"

Terrance walks in with his assistant Michael. Terrance had a black suit on and a silver tie. He was very muscular, it was almost like his muscles would rip out his suit at any moment. Terrance cleared his throat and announced as he headed to the meeting room. "If everyone would so kindly follow me into the meeting room, I have a few announcements to make." Terrance stood at the head of the table as he waited for everyone to file into the large room. Jared looked at the last few people to enter the room before he followed all while thinking to himself. Oh god. Oh no. This is it. Terrance is going to make the announcement.

Jared looked around and saw that andy wasn't here today. That was one less worry on his plate. Jared stood in the back as terrance rattled on about how their numbers are up and how production is good. And that he wants to see at least a 10 percent increase in sales and online views if possible. Jared likes Terrance, Terrance wasn't a horrible CEO. He was realistic, he didn't harass and degrade his workers. He understands stuff happens. But he is also firm. Terrance cleared his throat and repeated himself.

"As i just said....our new senior director is now Jared Moreno. Now of jared is mentally with us now. Your office is on the corner next to the copy room. Please pack up your desk and move on into it before you do anything else today." Terrance smiled and nodded at everyone. "That is all resume your day please."
