Alarm hysterically ringing...
Gold woke up gasping for air.. (What a nightmare) Her body is shivering and she's covered with sweat. She sighs deeply. She suddenly remembers the wedding she's about to attend.
(How will I pull this off?) she thought.
She jumps out of bed. Get herself ready and went straight to the salon.
At the salon...
Gold calling Sech...
"Hey Sech, are you done? I'll pick you up after 30mins." Gold said trying her best to sound fine.
"Yes, done by then. See you." Sech said and drop the call.
Everything's finally done. Her full make-up and Hairdo look perfect.
Gold stare at the mirror for a while... (but why do I feel so restless inside) Gold sighed...
She drove to pick up Sech...
"Hi, Gold. Ohh you look lovely as ever. I don't think that Vara, even as a bride can outcome you." Sech said with a high pitch as always.
She hates the idea of hearing her compare her to Vara but a compliment is a compliment.
"Thanks, Sech but your ride is already free. No need to say anything like that at all." she laughed.
"Ohh no, I was just saying the obvious," Sech said sincerely.
(If only she knew what I had to go through to look fine today. At least, it's all paid off from getting the first good impression) Gold thought.
To the Chapel...
"We're finally here." Gold tried to smile.
"Thank you for doing me a favor Gold," Sech said.
"No problemo. You go first. I'll be inside in a while."
Sech hug her and left the car.
Gold was left staring at the chapel. She felt like turning around to leave and never looking back. (What the F* am I doing here? DAMN!)
She grabs the stirring wheel and is about to drive away when Sech suddenly knocked.
"Hey."
Gold was shocked. She slowly turned to see Sech and lowers her car window.
"I left something. I'll just grab it and we can go together inside." Sech went inside the car and grab her stuff.
"Come on, Let's go Gold," Sech said rushing her.
"Yes sure." Gold surrendered. (Now there's no turning back)
She walked straight to her seat. Breathing deep. (Breath in. Breath out.) She felt like she's about to pass out. Her heart, raising so fast as if it's about to explode.
(This is insane. What am I supposed to do now?)
Unfortunately, Cale caught her eyes. Her heart almost stopped. She glances away as fast as she can. Pretending not to notice him.
"I can't believe Vara's getting married, finally. What a Lucky Man." one of the guests said.
Gold's eyes lowered. She's now unsure what emotions she's going through. She glance at Cale and saw him rushing to her.
"I can't believe you came."
(What the heck Cale. Why do you need to torture me like this?) Gold tried to avoid him. Thinking he will leave as soon as the wedding starts.
"You look amazing Gold," Cale said while staring straight at her.
Gold almost snapped but she was able to control her emotions. Cale just kept staring at her with a smile on his face. (I can't believe how insensitive he is) She was nearly in tears.
"CALE!" Cale's uncle calls his attention.
(Saved) gold thought to herself. But deep inside. She wishes he'd never had to leave her side.
Gold tries to distract herself. She took her phone out. Sent Glair and Kilk a message. (I'm fine. Just want to end your worries)
(Type SOS and we'll be flying my car to get you) Kilk's reply.
(You'd better be. I'd hate to crash a wedding looking like this) Glair's reply.
(This is for the best. Letting them know I'm doing just fine will surely prevent them from crashing this Wedding) Gold thought to herself.
