"You look great," Cale said while embracing her. (I can't believe we're back together again. Wait? Back together? We can't just do that.) Gold freaks out and ends up pushing Cale away from her. "Did I do anything wrong?" He's very confused right now.
"Nothing...Let's get going" Gold went straight out the door. (We're not together again. We're definitely not!) Cale was left puzzled. He followed her right away. (What did I do wrong?)
He drove his car straight to the mall while Gold sat there in silence. (She's definitely giving me a silent treatment.)
They both ran into Kilk and Glaire.
"Hey, you. How's everything going?" Glaire kissed Gold on the cheek right away and Kilk embraced her. "It's fine," she said. "Hey bro, can I talk to you for a second?" Cale interrupted. "Sure. Be right back in a while girls" Kilk winked.
"Is there a problem Gold?" Glaire asked. "I'm not used to having him around like this anymore," she said with a soft tone. "Well, I don't think that's the problem. I think you feel like it's going too easy for both of you after what he did."
"You got it right." she sighed. "They're back act normal. Soo... What did you guys talk about?" Glaire asked. "We better leave. I need to do some stuff. We'll catch up with you guys soon." Kilk held Glaire's hand and pulled her away. "Leave?" why do we need to leave right away??" she tried to protest.
"We're next." giving Cale a cold shoulder. He ignored it and held her hand.
After the movie.
"You don't have to cook tonight. Let's eat here. I'm taking you home after dinner." Cale said. She agreed right away. It's better that way. It shouldn't be that easy.
At dinner...
Cale took him to a fancy restaurant and ordered her favorites. "I'm going to the restroom for a while," Cale said. Gold nods in response. He immediately left.
Gold felt gloomy inside. Suddenly a bouquet of flowers blocked her view.
She was emotionless staring at the flowers until she realized it was Cale. He handed the flowers to her and put a necklace on her neck. She touched the necklace lightly while staring at him. (What is he doing?)
Cale sat in front of her. "I want you back. Give me enough time to win you back." He asks the waiter to pour wine into their glass without waiting for her response. Gold sat there w/o a clue what's going on. (What is he talking about?) Dinner is served right on time. Instead of thinking too much. She decided to enjoy her meal. "My favorite!"
The night is still young.
After dinner, Cale took her to a Karaoke Hub with a nice view. She loves karaoke and she almost screamed inside. After the breakup, She couldn't even hum a song. Cale saw her excitement and grabbed her hand inside, as quickly as he could.
"This place is so nice. How did you know this place?" Gold asked.
"A good friend of mine told me to see this place with the only person I want." (Then why are you taking me here?!) She thought and let out a laugh. "What's so funny?" He asked. "Nothing!" Gold laughed out loud.
They both sang till they were tired...
"I'll take you home now," Cale said. She nods in response. "Thank you for tonight."
Cale dropped her in front of her house and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "I'm finally happy again." He immediately left.
(Happy? Again?)
Gold opened her gate she was surprised with beautiful lights slowly spreading and lovely flowers decorated in front of her house. She walked in and saw gifts lying inside. There is a large aquarium at the corner filled with/ fishes and ornaments. (What is all this?)
Her phone started ringing...
(Cale? video call?) she answered the call.
"Did you like my surprise? Kilk and Glair help me with everything."
"It's lovely." giving Cale her sweetest smile.
"check the presents, tomorow. I'm taking you somewhere real soon. You better rest early." she was waiting for him to cut the call or ask her to but he didn't. "Get changed. I'll wait till you're done. I'm almost home."
She do as he says and left her phone at her bedside table. Cleaned up and Got changed. She was about to sleep when she saw Cale laying in front of his Cam. (He doesn't plan on dropping this call. I guess.) She lies down on her bed.
Cale noticed her right away. He arranged his phone. "Let's sleep. Please, rest well tonight." He closed his eyes. (He really plan on sleeping while on a video call) she couldn't protest. She slept instead.
