Mandy felt exhausted when she opened her eyes, and noticed the place she was in. She was back again in the room, as always she always end up to this room.
"Argh! What just happened to my body?" she can't move every muscle of her body. She noticed a woman was looking down at her, with an attire of white gown. From the woman's attire, flashes of memory came back at her, which made her stare in the air.
"You over exerted your body yesterday, that's why you felt tired for now" the woman spoked while checking her papers in her hand. It made Mandy came back to the reality, she's no longer on that place so she must not worry anymore.
"Is that so? When will I be back to the dorm?"
"Later, you can go back there to continue your rest"
"Okay" she last said and avert her gaze out the window, still daze out.
"I will leave you now, since you seem okay already, later a nurse will come here for your discharge time"
The woman leave the place and closed the door behind. The room was again filled with silent. She can only hear the chirping of the birds out the window and the rustling of leaves from the wind blows.
She recalls the event yesterday, the ability she just used was still unknown to her knowledge.
"How did that happen?" she asked herself, she tried to sit upright and stare at her both hands. Even she knows she was not a human anymore, she can't believe she still have so many things she does not know about her body's capability. If only someone could tell her about her, about her origin and information about her body's ability.
Several minutes passed, when the door opened widely and came through a group of creature. They exude much of power in their appearance. No wonder they were really respected in here, but Mandy does not yet want to meet them again. She still have so many things she must settle with herself before facing them again. She knows most of them does not want her presence in that place, but its the only place she can live freely.
"You sure recovers too fast" Drake said, while dragging a chair and sitting backward beside her. The rest of the group settled in the couch area, they were occupied in their own activities, like always. She felt uncomfortable when they were around her, but good thing Drake talked to her. He was also a big help on her duel with Leah, which is why she felt at ease in facing him.
"I would not put it in that way, my body looks okay, but I can hardly make any movement for now"
"Well, maybe that's the result of how you fight yesterday. You even surprised me, I never thought you can match up with Leah. How did you do that?"
"You're a good mentor, that's why I won." its the thruth since her fighting skills aren't that good. Well, her ability was also a big help, though if her ability did not show up in her fight, maybe she won't win the game.
"I don't think all credits was mine, you did something also. What was that you just shown yesterday? Is that your true ability? It's something unusual for us to witness." Mandy thought for awhile, she can't explain how she manage to do that. She just felt weird building up in her body and discovered her body changes, that she immediately use the opportunity at that time.
"I also thought of that, If that power hadn't shown in the fight I might be dead already by now"
Drake was silent after she the words left her mouth, he knows how badly they want Mandy was gone for good, since from the beginning she's not one of them.
"I should train more harder from now on, to control this power and made use of it."
"Good you thought about that, it's a strong ability that you should manage well" Vanisa spoke out of their conversation, which made Mandy looked at her direction.
"Since from now on, you're going to have an intense training with all of us. It is to fully lift up your hidden ability and master it."
"You should watch closely in every movement you create inside the school, refrain from interacting with other creature, since the event yesterday sure create any confusion in the students in school. They might already wondered which creature you belong and where"
Mandy was staring at the ceiling in her room, she already came back at her untouched dorm room. The words of the ruler still remains in her mind, she knows she must lie low her true identity, how is that her fault when in the first place Leah started to ask her in a duel. Its not her fault her ability shown like that. Its not her fault why they might thought who she really was. Was it?
"I'll definitely won their trust" she spoked and closed her eyes, she drifted off to sleep.
