Assana refused to believe that what happened yesterday was a dream. Ahe has been trying to convince her all day that they only went to the bakery and ate before going back to his house and sleeping.
However, despite waking up in his house, aiding to his story, there was something nagging at her. There was a deep feeling, telling her that what had happened back there was very real.
"Ahe, just shut up. You know I wouldn't lie about something so serious," she said with a slight frown. How could he forget so easily?
There was something hidden deep within his eyes, yet Assana couldn't decipher it. "Agh, just forget it," he said while rolling his eyes, walking away. Meanwhile, she tried to catch up to him.
"Why don't you believe me? It really felt real to me."
"Well, I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but it wasn't."
"Then come and help me investigate! If we find no information whatsoever, then I was wrong and I'll do whatever you want me to."
Hearing this, Ahe smirked and nodded. He was definitely going to win. "And what if your right? I mean, there's no possibility, but still."
Assana shook her head and smiled, not saying anything. Her eyes bore amusement. Ahe doesn't know what he got himself into. The information will be easily found, especially since everyone had experienced confusion and terror in those moments, making it a hard to forget memory.

Asking around proved to be a bit more difficult than she'd thought. Whenever she mentioned the strange occurrence, the person would immediately tell them that they know nothing or they would simply scurry away, fear evident in their expression.
Sighing, Assana sat down on a nearby bench. Ahe's smirk was plastered on his face, feeling overjoyed over the fact that she wasn't able to find any information regarding her "dream".
"Maybe you should just give up. You won't be able to find anything."
Assana shook her head. She didn't want to give up just yet, not when she felt close to finding a precious piece of information.
Standing up, she left Ahe behind and walked aimlessly. The streets weren't as busy as yesterday, making it easy for Assana to navigate through the people that were present. However, despite this being good, she had already questioned everyone here.
"Maybe he was right..." Assana whispered to herself while talking a good look of her surroundings. No one had wanted to share information with her. She felt uneasy and thought that someone, or rather something, was holding them back, not letting them reveal the information. This may just be her over analyzing the situation.
Just when she was about to give up, a strange man appeared. He was curiously walking around the streets and his strange but fascinating features made everyone stare at him.
He had long and flowing green hair that was held up in a ponytail. His eyes were a beautiful peach color, looking as if they were small, newly bloomed flowers. The clothes he wore were also a bit strange since they looked to be of high class, making people wonder why such a handsome and rich guy was strolling through their poor and not very busy streets.
He man's peach-colored eyes glanced at every single person present, making them feel extremely uncomfortable. The women, however, enjoyed his gaze and winked at him, trying to capture his attention.
His gaze finally settled upon Assana. Narrowing his eyes, he took in every single detail about this girl before relaxing, a handsome smile appearing on his face.
Taking long strides towards her, Assana began to feel nervous. She couldn't lie and say that this man wasn't handsome even if he was older than her, but there was something deep inside of her telling her that there was something strange yet fascinating about this man.
Once he was finally in front of Assana, he smiled. Amazement began filling his entire being as he stayed still, watching her every move. His beautiful eyes never left hers and they began to have a mini stare off.
His gaze made Assana feel nervous as she began to feel the jealous glares of the other women. Still, she kept quiet in hopes that he would leave soon.
Fortunately, the strange man's eyes finally focused on something else. He began to walk away from her, but he stopped when he was right beside her and softly whispered, "Rapier."
Assana stared at the man as he walked into the distance. Everyone began acting like normal, yet many women grumbled since they couldn't manage to capture his attention, not even for a little while.
Walking back to the bench, she noticed Ahe was long gone. This didn't seem to matter since Assana wanted some peace and quiet after a long day.
However, the peacefulness was short lived since a raggedy old man sat beside her. It seemed as if he was anxious since the man was all jittery and never ceased movement, making her feel anxious as well.
"Little girl, you are seeking answers. However, I can only provide you with more questions," the man said while looking forward, never glancing at Assana once.
She, on the other hand, quickly moved her head and began to stare at him, her eyes full of curiosity.
"Follow the green and the lightest of pink.
They will take you to see what you truly need to see. The longing in your heart will never cease until you find who you're truly meant to be."
After saying these words, the anxious-looking man stood up and scurried away, as if he had completed his mission and had no intention of staying any longer.
Assana buried her head between her hands and sighed. Her head began to pound slightly after what had just happened. She deserved a day off from everything, especially from Ahe and this mist. Walking away from the bench, she decided to go back home.
Hidden deep within the shadows stood the man with green hair. He started at Assana as she walked away, a small smile blooming from his enchanting face.
"We will meet soon, little dove. I'll help you find your way once you find what road you must take."
