Chapter 36 - I Never Thought I'll be Able to Hide it for Long Anyway

20XX, November 21, Saturday; Local restaurant near the Konner House

Hey, Sean here again. I'm currently busy with the performance of our club next month and also some of the performances next year. You see, I decided to stay in the club even if Luke will be leaving the next school year. I think I'm even more active with the club than Nicole and she was the reason I joined this.

Anyway, the practice is everyday now with less than a month before the performance. The only break we have were the weekends but sometimes, when most were not satisfied with their current performance, they asks for additional practice days and the staff were also dragged, like me.

I nevet actually get to act even as a spare understudy. I'm still busy with the current scripts and also the preparation and props which was passed to me since most actually wanted to act. Well, this is the drama club.

It's good we have a break this weekend but I have a problem that's why I'm writing this outside now. You see, after yesterday's practice, as usual, Luke asked me to stay. We really have a lot to do now with him leaving after the school year and me being the one who mostly knows the scripts he wanted the club to do.

I guess Nicole got fed up, not having the chance to interact more with Luke especially with the year almost out. She insisted on staying too to ask for some pointers on her acting. But she's just an understudy so it's good she's not embarrassed to ask for help for so little to no stage time. Luke was also kind too.

However, they were done talking after a few minutes. Like what I wrote, she really has too little stage time so she did not have a lot to ask. She reluctantly left after.

When I was left alone with Luke in the club room,we talked but still did what we also usually do here. We make out. I didn't notice that we never locked the door. We do that most of the time but nobody actually tried to open it before.

This time it was Nicole. She gasped so we notice there was an extra person in the room. The three of us were speechless then Nicole glared at me and bowed to Luke. Then she left while closing the door.

I don't have any idea what she's currently thinking now but I'll be meeting Luke here for us to talk about our current situation. I see him now so I'll write again next time.
