Li Zhi An is a SWAT commander for the White Wolf Counter-terrorism Unit. When his unit was dispatched to Cambodia to rescue a kidnapped VIP from the hands of a dangerous criminal ring, he made a fatal mistake that killed two of his team mates.

Since then, Li Zhi An went off the grid for two years. No one knew where he went. During those two years, he was diagnosed with PTSD with no one to lean on. Not until he met Zhang Yue Yue, a kind-hearted surgeon who held out her hand to him during one of his darkest moment.

On the other hand, no one knew Zhang Yue Yue's true identity even after she was hired as a military doctor. Li Zhi An only found comfort in her whenever something happens. 

When a dangerous criminal ring leader appeared again two years later, can Li Zhi An and his team capture him? Will they be able to work together despite their differences or will they fail again? Will he be able to win against his own demons and fall in love?
