This will be a practice series for me. A friend of mine said that I might enjoy writing a reincarnation romance, so here goes! 

Sergeant Sam Reid of the Second Batallion, Twenty Second Infantry unit was deployed to Afghanistan when a group of insurgents broke through an entry point to his encampment. 

Putting his life on the line, he ensured the safety of all of his soldiers before meeting a fatal end.

Instead of his life ending, it was just transferred to that of a John Doe in a hospital close to the town he grew up in.

As he regains consciousness, he begins physical therapy with a bright eyed new nurse who just started her internship.
