Lawa panicked and jumped back, he had seen this scene numerous times to count, some of which were done by his own hands.
"They attacked," he ran and shouted back to the Soothing WaterFall underground cave but the moment the mist filled with Rain slammed his face, he calmed down.
His Rena in his body was stimulated and he gained some clarity, similar to when he held Calm Gem. This got him thinking on how to carefully hide and he did.
The underground cave was massive and there was water gushing from the who knows where at the top of a hill. As the water ran down the cliff it created numerous branches of the waterfall.
The look alone will calm the mind let alone the mist.
Lawa jumped into a lake that formed below and swarmed down to a place and hid, with him was a straw that came outside the water so that he could breathe.
If the mist was filled with Rain, then the water has more Rain in it. For that, it was forbidden to touch the water without permission, but Lawa didn't care; saving his life was the only thing on his mind.
Naturally, Rain seeped through his body and improved his Rena, while calming his pounding heart and allowing him to think with less fear.
'There are no explosions!' He thought, then he began to look around by swimming down in case there was a better hiding place.
Seeing nothing, and hearing no attack, he still believed there was an attack. Because the Weish Clan were masters of war, they could have silent war or bombardic war. It depends on the best way they decide on a situation.
'But with numerous people that have dreams of the future, the clan should have planned well against them, right?'
Rationality began to come back to Lawa after enough Rain seeped into him.
He then decided to swim out. He was about to leave when he noticed something, he jumped back into the water toward it.
It was a glow under the water, reaching the place. He used his hand to touch it, but he jerked back. He was stunned!
The place before him was a Miracle Stone embedded and hidden in a stone.
Truth be told, this was not the first time he sneaked a swim in this place. And he has known every cranny but never has he seen the Miracle Stone here.
' not my problem!' Lawa shook his head and swam out.
Lawa's body has reached the Rain saturation point, and thus, the measly mist won't improve him anymore.
However, something was triggered in him again.
'The waterfall is normal. It doesn't have any Rain in it, " he muttered before he looked at the lake, 'There is Rain here!'
"Miracle Stone is the reason!"
That was the most reasonable conclusion. The miracle stone hidden was the reason why the lake had Rain as well as in the Mist. The WaterFall was just an aesthetic beauty.
"Miracle Stone!" He muttered, by going too close to it, having absorbed a lot of Rain from the water he was able to calm down so much that he was able to come to another conclusion.
There was no attack!
But certainly, Miracle Stone was harvested and it's not the one under the lake. This one looks old and has been here for a very long time.
Lawa sneaked his head out, for whoever harvested the Miracle Stone would be dangerous, and if they knew Lawa, he might be killed.
But now he didn't even see the Stone platform, there was no sign of it. Checking no one was there he walked back to the surface before he halted again.
Just before him was another Miracle Stone embedded in the wall.
'Another one!'
Marmara Miracle Stone wasn't something hidden or unknown to the clansmen, but rather, the tale of how they came to be was fabricated.
From Maroon Stone Academy, Lawa learned that it was a Miracle Stone that the First Ancestor refined himself and passed down from generation to generation.
For training purposes, the Chieftain even came with his own Miracle Stone that symbolizes his power. Each one of the students got to hold it and feel how it was.
Sadly, the truth was far from what they were told.
Lawa managed to come back home and breathe a sigh of relief. He was terrified that someone would attack him because of what he saw.
"Welcome back!" Lami said, and seeing his head with moisture, she chuckled.
She would have nagged him for swimming, but she wouldn't; he needed it. Heck, they sent him there knowing he may take a dip.
Lawa's room was at the top, the one with the cliff. Hug greeting his sister and feeling she was really fine, he ran up and slumped on his bed.
He really had recovered.
Later, Sada comes to him. The man has an incredible plan on how to climb the hierarchy of the clan, and Lawa is the boost.
"If you man up, we can meet the chief in private. With your status, we can get high-quality Rain and Rona, something that money can't buy."
The man had been blabbering for half an hour now, and Lawa understood him well.
The Marmara Clan was a strict clan with numerous norms, ethics and traditions. And one thing that they have is Value makes you grow.
How much you have to give to the clan is how much you will gain.
Lami and Lawa have the wealth to employ Absolute Master service for protection but there are certainly precious resources that nothing they have will ever be enough to buy it.
The currency in the Clan was Clan Value and Orim Stones.
Even if one has millions of Orim Stone, they will never have access to some precious resources if they don't have Clan Value.
With Lawa, they can gain that Clan Value and bridge the gap.
Lawa was at a loss before he said, "Brother Sada. You said the other prophets came with future knowledge and legacy; some of them even reached the limit of the Body Stage. This means each one of them has brought something to the clan. But I don't have any of that. I didn't get any legacy, apart from the knowledge of the attack that most know, I can't contribute anything!"
Sada leaned back and asked, "Didn't you cultivate!"
Lawa shook his head, "I didn't. I was never able to do it!"
"Don't tell me the details; it is not allowed, but just tell me why you didn't cultivate," Sada asked.
Most times, when sensitive information is asked from the Prophets, they have seizures and collapse.
Only True Master Brass and alike were allowed to ask those questions because they could help heal the person.
Lawa stared at him, he also noticed his sister bringing food. He can feel it was special, filled with Rona inside. All for his recovery.
"I…I" Lawa's eyes became red and tears fell.
"Don't tell me," Sada said.
He leaned back and looked at his wife and she mouthed to him, 'You are too hasty.'
She was upset to a degree but she can understand why he was in a hurry.
"Have some food, my sweet brother."
"Mama!" Two happy kids ran inside; one was 3 years and the other 4 years. They were below the cliff playing but they scented the Rona rich food and ran back.
"Uncle Lawa, you're ditching school again," Mira said. She was the oldest.
"Haha, only a genius like me should do that," Lawa boasted.
"I will be a genius too so that I will.." Mira began to say.
Smack!
"No one will be ditching school on my watch" Lami smacked her head before she glared at Lawa. His bad habits were robbing the young children.
"I will never ditch school again. You don't need to do what I did!" Lawa quickly consoles his niece.
"You always said that but never stop," The youngest, Mora, said while her hand extended to touch the food but pulled it back due to a glare from their mother.
"Go wash your hands and come eat with me, okay?" Lawa said.
Soft moments like this were what made Lawa smile. Things were so simple and easy for all to enjoy.
"You should eat first!" Lami tried to persuade him, but he refused until his nieces came back.
After the meal, everyone left him to rest, and his mind went over some of the things he was told.
Apparently, the Prophets didn't divulge everything that happened to them. Some can't do that but some held it on purpose.
What they did was approach certain high-ranking individuals and tell them about some resources at the deeper part of a secret region of the clan.
For example, Larai was able to perfect an old project that some spent four centuries but failed in just one day. She then approached the two True Masters who were doing that project and presented it herself.
Seeing the benefits, they poured everything she needed, and she reached Body Stage and even reached its limit.
There was also another Prophet called Kima; the man took an entirely different path and forged a Prime Monument Element that had never been in the clan or the world.
After some investigation, it turned out he learned from an ancient legacy that dated 6000 years ago and he built on that to reach his stage.
Prophet Mara was the most cunning among them so far; she was a strong young girl who literally blackmailed several Elders into helping her forge a needle.
Just yesterday, she used the needle to unlock another ancient stone vault that even the chief didn't know of and within the vault was the wealth of Oricalcum.
Oricalcum is the most precious metal in the Marmara Clan.
