Ahhh, life is short. There is nothing good or bad about it, but if I am reborn in my next life, I would like to be a beautiful girl... What? When I slowly opened my eyes, a bright light repeatedly flooded my eyes. I can hear the chirping of birds from all sides of where I am standing.

Shouldn't I have been hit by a truck and died? Or rather, where am I now?

After adjusting to the light, I looked around, realizing that I was in an unknown forest. This place is too real to seem like the afterlife, besides, the clothes I was wearing when I came home and the bag I was carrying are still with me, it doesn't seem like I have anything out of place.

I got up anyway and brushed off the dirt that had stuck to my clothes. Fortunately, I don't seem to be injured. Maybe there is someone somewhere in this forest. I started walking, counting on a glimmer of hope of finding someone friendly in this desolate place.

I was thirsty, so I took some water from the supermarket bag I had and drank it to refresh myself. But that won't last long either. If this is the afterlife, I probably won't need to worry about dying anymore, but if I am still alive for some reason, I will have to find someone who can help me soon so that I can survive. You never know if a person will be friendly when I meet them.

As I was walking thinking about this kind of problem, I heard a voice behind me.The voice, which I initially thought was just my imagination playing tricks on me, gradually became louder.

"Wow, get out of the way! I'm falling."

"What?"

When I finally looked back, it was too late. A girl came towards me, falling from the sky. I didn't have time to avoid the collision, so immediately, out of reflex, I opened my arms and caught her.
