The scene is tense...
"Are you sure?" Ji-hye asked, her voice trembling with uncertainty as she looked at Kashigami
Her hands still slightly shaking.
"Yes.....just chant the spell." Kashigami replied, his voice steady but tinged with impatience,
Her curls this arms crossed over his chest.
"I hope you're not lying to me again." Ji-hye muttered, her gaze narrowing at him.
Kashigami has been teaching Ji-hye how to control the output of her spell.
"What? I have a reason to not lie to you, you know. Just chant the damn spell, its not hard." Kashigami gave her an exasperated look.
"I DON'T WANT TO END UP BEING INVOLVED IN MURDER" Ji-hye's tone was almost frantic as she threw her hands up.
"How many times do I have to repeat myself? its just a simple fire spell, you can't possibly murder someone with that" Kashigami said, exasperated.
"Oh it's not last time, the HUGE fireball covered the city?" Ji-hye shot back, her voice dripping with sarcasm.
"Just CHANT." Kashigami urged
"OKAY, OKAY RELAX JEEZ...." Ji-hye huffed
Ji-hye raises her hands.
"IMAGINE IT LIKE A STREAM OF WATER" Kashigami instructed.
"FIREBALL" Ji-hye yelled,
Directing her hands at a nearby rock. A magic circle appeared, and a small flame leapt from her palm, quickly engulfing the rock.
"Oh." Ji-hye breathed, watching the rock burn.
"See? you are not involved in a murder." Kashigami said with a shrug.
"Wait, how....hot is this flame" Ji-hye asked, still slightly in shock.
"About as hot as the sun" Kashigami replied nonchalantly.
"WHAT???? HOW IS THAT NOT HOT ENOUGH TO MURDER SOMEONE?" Ji-hye exclaimed, her eyes wide with disbelief.
"Relax, the sun is only just really hot" Kashigami said, trying to reassure her.
"THAT ISN'T REASSURING AT ALL" Ji-hye snapped.
"It doesn't matter, it's just a rock too" Kashigami added to the sun.
"I thought it was hot enough to kill someone" Ji-hye muttered.
"Sure" Kashigami said dryly
