Kashigami and Ji-hye leave her room and Alice leads them to the room where the mage is waiting for them.
"Please enter." Alice says with a stern look, while bowing down.
"Thank you Alice" Ji-hye replied.
Ji-hye and Kashigami enter the room, the mage is sitting on a chair. The room was dimly lit.
"Hello Lady Ji-hye. Hello Master Kashigami" the mage greeted
"Hello Mage. You came here to meet me. What do you want?" she asks abruptly.
"I came here to ask you a few questions." he stated.
"Questions? Like what? " Ji-hye asked.
"Like why are you here? What are your motives, What powers you posses" the mage clarified.
Ji-hye frustrated.
"Why do you need to know this information?"
The mage leaned forward, studying her carefully.
"Well, I am the leader of the Mage Tower, its my duty to know about such powerful beings like you." he explained.
Ji-hye sighed.
"I see. Well, I came here to explore this world and to learn more about magic. I have been travelling with my brother here. We were supposed to teleport to another place, but somehow we ended up here. As for my powers, I can use magic. I learned a few spells, but I haven't really used them much. As for my motives, well, I guess I just want to see this world."
The mage's eyes gleamed with curiosity.
"I see. You seem like a very interesting person. I'm curious, how do you know the language of the elf's" he asked.
"My brother taught me." Ji-hye answered.
"Your brother seems like a very intelligent man." The mage nodded approvingly.
Ji-hye looks at Kashigami and smirked slightly.
"What." Kashigami's eyes flickered.
She got a decision.
"He is not." she agreed.
"You said that you learned a few spells. How did you learn them?" the mage pressed further.
"My brother taught me." Ji-hye repeated.
The mage stroked his chin. "I see. Does your brother know a lot of spells?"
"Yes, he does." Ji-hye confirmed.
The mage starts fondling his beard. "That's very interesting. Can you tell me what spells he knows?"
"He knows every spell in existence." Ji-hye said flatly.
The mage's eyes widened.
"Really? That's amazing! And what other spells do you know?"
"I only know fireball, healing and my summoning spell." she admitted.
The mage nodded thoughtfully.
"That's not much, but it's a good start. If you want, I can teach you some more advanced spells. How long have you been learning magic?"
"Ummm.....A day?"
"It's no problem. It's my duty to help o-"
The mage coming up to a realization, chocked.
"A DAY? WHAT DO MEAN A DAY?." he practically shouted.
Ji-hye blinked. "Shit." she thought to herself.
"It was an accident." she said casually.
"How could you learn all those spells in one day? Even the most talented mage would take months to learn fireball." the mage exclaimed.
Ji-hye shrugged.
"I don't know." she said simply.
The mage's expression turned serious.
"This is very interesting... I would love to study you and your brother more closely. "he murmured.
Ji-hye's eyes widened in alarm.
"what? THAT ISNT NEEDED THANK YOU!" she shouted.
The mage shook his head.
"No, it is necessary. I'm going to ask you and your brother to come to the Mage Tower so that I can study you." he insisted.
Ji-hye's face twisted in disgust.
"No, thanks. No, thanks. No, thanks. No, thanks. No, thanks. No, thanks. No, thanks." she rapidly fired back.
"Why not?" The mage frowned.
Ji-hye narrowed her eyes.
"Because you're creepy. WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN BY STUDY US CLOSELY????!?!" she yelled.
The mage sighed.
"I'm just saying that I want to study you." he explained.
"Yeah, but you're creepy about it." she repeated.
"No, I'm not. I just want to learn more about you." he insisted.
"Yeah, but you're creepy about it." she countered
"I'm not creepy. I'm just interested in you." he said.
Ji-hye tilted her head.
"Creepy and interesting are not the same thing. What are your intentions?
"I don't have any intentions. I just want to study you." he replied.
she teased.
"CREEPY!"
The mage's frustration was growing.
"Stop using the word 'creepy'. It's not even a word!" he snapped.
Ji-hye raised an eyebrow.
"It's a word, but it describes you."
"No it is not." the mage yelled.
"YOU ARE A CREEP AND CREEPY"
"I AM NOT A CREEP!" the mage yelled.
"Yes, you are. You're a creepy." Ji-hye replied, unfazed.
"STOP SAYING CREEPY! I'M NOT A CREEP! I'M JUST INTERESTED IN YOU!"
"Yeah, but you're a creepy." she repeated.
"STOP USING THE WORD CREEPY! IT'S NOT EVEN A WORD!"
"It's a word, but it describes you." Ji-hye deadpanned.
"I'm not a CREEP!"
Kashigami, who had been silently observing, finally broke his silence with a chuckle.
