[ Throw them in the order ]
[ Pale jade -> cyan -> purple -> crimson ]
"Whatever you are trying to do. I hope it works!", I muttered, my voice tight with urgency, blood rushing to my brain.
Ducking down to avoid a blow to the head, I threw the pale jade colored mana crystal, it shattered on impact, and a shower of water filled the room, washing away the blood. what looked like black roots revealed themself to me.
It attacked again and I dodged it by moving to the side, my shoulder getting grazed in response. I threw the cyan mana crystal. It also shattered on contact but this time it froze the black roots still.
The shoulder of the human figure in my vision turned yellow, it seems it's my body's condition.
Taking a deep breath of relief, I threw the purple mana crystal at the frozen roots.
It also shattered like the previous two, the root stayed frozen but I could clearly see it being roasted by the electricity under the ice.
Now the final crystal, I threw it, much like the rest of them. It shattered on the impact but along with it, the frozen root also shattered, like a glass hit with stone. However it felt more like it was vibration that made it shatter.
It was a good strategy, first the Drench spell covered it in water then it was frozen by frost spell then roasted by electricity and then shattered leaving no hope of it getting back up again.
[ It wasn't an entity ]
[ It was but a part of it ]
[ Other parts should be on the way ]
[ Collect as many mana crystals as possible and get out of this room ]
"Do you know where I should go? "
[ Yes ]
"Good, let me grab a handful of them it's easier to spot them because of the shower "

[ We are in clear host ]
Unlike the battle mode where there were a lot of figures and words, in survival mode it just showed the path I needed to take and marked them with arrows.
Walking down the corridor,I glanced left and right again and again to make sure I didn't miss anything.
"Why are these small roots not attacking us?" pointing at the small roots around the corridor, I murmured.
[ Analysing battle data… ]
[ Complete ]
[ The opponent is a plant type mutant creature ]
[ These small roots are absorbing nutrients from the blood ]
[ While the big roots kill any remaining creatures in the vicinity ]
"What do you think my next action should be?"
[ Running simulations… ]
[ 1… 2… ]
"Mind telling me why are we planting these small mana crystals as we go?"
[ These are for insurance or contingency plan of sorts in case we get caught in a pinch ]
"And why are we breaking the fire alarm as we go?"
[ Water erases scent ]
"Got it!"
"How much longer do I have to walk?I am tired," I said, breathing heavily, my muscles aching.
[ Just a little longer host ]
Moving along the hallway I spread the small mana crystals, while keeping bigger ones in case I need to fight the big roots again.
Taking the stairs up, then taking a left turn, then a right turn, then once again taking stairs.
I finally arrived at the second topmost floor of the building as the map of the building stated.
Hotel or inn, whatever this huge maze-like building has more than 14000 rooms judging by the number plates on the doors, each floor has roughly 700 rooms.
The room I arrived at has a number plate on it and the number is 13523.
From the outside it was like any other room I passed by before arriving here. The other rooms I had passed by were covered in blood.
Blood strains on the ceilings , Walls , toilets... Everything was covered in blood.
With each step I took to come this far I trampled on someone's remains.
Just the thought of it was revolting enough to make me want to vomit.
Putting in the code told by the system, I Opened the door of the room. To my surprise, it was clean. There was no blood, no intestines, no eyeballs, and no flesh, just a normal luxury room.
