Suddenly roots attacked me from the front.I was about to step to the side however I noticed that they were invading from both sides and from behind too.
I jumped above as the roots intersected, I landed on the roots after the and quickly retreated from them.
While Retreating back I pulled out 5 knives and 5 mana crystals, engraved them the same way and strapped them to my arms and put them in my pockets and back strapt.
'It's hard to carry the bag around while dodging but i can't just simply throw it away cause i might need mana crystals or knives later'
An attack came from the front, I tried dodging it by going to the side then suddenly my side stung, the strap of the bag broke and it fell somewhere.
Since I was on the ground floor, I forgot, this thing can attack from below too.
I just lost the bag along with many knives and mana crystals.

Turning around sharply, I ran past the roots that were coming towards me. slicing anything that came in my way.
A horizontal slash with 3 roots, it's too fast and dont have enough gap to slip through them. I have to cut them one won't be enough, I took another knife on my left hand cutting all 3 roots.

" What happened nic why are you in such a hurry? " said the bald captain as he tried to calm the assistant named nic. " alright now tell what you came to tell "

" ohh! But we expected this much. Why are you this rushed" laughed the bald captain.
" That's not the way i used here captain our scouts said that there was a young boy around age 17 confronting the awakened monster " confessed nic fearing what the captain would say.
"Did… you not say no one was alive in the whole building? " Though the words were spoken normally, the aura of the women general had made the words sound deep.
On the other hand, Chill ran down blad captain's spine as he hurriedly explained " yes we did not detect any living beings when we searched the building from outside using search spells."
"he must have been unconscious at that time." added nic as she tried to help the captain explain the situation not knowing who the woman sitting inside the van was.
Just as the women was standing up captan applied some force as pleaded " please i beg of you don't take action before we get permission from the above"
" fine 2 hours that's the most i will wait… " women stopped stared at the captains eyes and continued " but if something happened to the boy i swear in the name of suzanne warshell i will make your and your superiors life a living hell and wish you were dead"
Bald captain gulped knowing full well general Suzanne was not joking.
" and you there nic is it. get me eyes on the boy i want to keep an eye on him "Suzanne merely asked but her eyes were so fierce it felt more like a command then a request.
" As you wish mam" nic left hurriedly to get the visual on the boy
