"But I can" The odd clothed man continued with a smile on his face.
"Can you revive this person I killed with the wishing box then, her name was Luna," Emma said without minding too much that the odd clothed man could grant wishes to. she had put that question aside for later when the odd clothed man granted her wish.
"Why should I? Do you know how hard it is to do something like that. I'm not even getting anything in return! " The odd clothed man whined.
Hearing what he had to say Emma quickly tried to think of things that the odd clothed man could like. What if she had given him new clothes?
Emma had seriously wanted to say that to the odd clothed man but refrained from doing so thinking that he might take it personally.
Out of ideas Emma began searching the bag she had on her still, she found the chocolate ice cream she wanted to give to Luna. Having nothing else she had just offered that to him instead, while being hopeful that the odd clothed man might like it.
"Can you do it for this?" Emma grabbed the chocolate ice cream and showcased it to him.
The odd clothed man had grabbed the chocolate out of Emma's hand. simultaneously a spoon had appeared out of midair and he had grabbed that too.
"Thanks chocolate ice cream is my favorite, also no"
"Why not, it's your favorite isn't it" Emma had shouted out of desperation, she had finally found a chance where she could redo the mistake she had made, but she couldn't do anything to help herself.
At this point Emma had just begged the odd clothed man while he was eating the chocolate ice cream.
"Please grant my wish I'll do anything for you, and I mean it there won't be a single thing that I wont do in return for that wish," Emma declared.
"Anything? Well if you're so willing there is something that I do want you to do for me" The odd clothed man said.
"What is it, I promise that I will do it to the best I possibly can" Emma shouted.
"Really that great to know that you are already so willing to do it. What I want you to do in exchange for your wish to be granted is… work for me until I say that you can stop.
If you agree I promise that I will grant your wish, but the work you will be doing will be near death demanding and constant unforeseeable dangers. You might even get your head bitten off your body.
If you don't, well no wishes granted for you then," The odd clothed man explained.
Emma didn't even care to think it over. Death demanding experiences? She didn't mind that all she was about to kill herself anyway. Without a hint of hesitation Emma sayed.
"I agree to do this work for you,"
"Great, amazing even I really do love that willingness of yours," The odd clothed man said with a smile on his face.
The odd clothed man grabbed something out of thin air again, this time it was a top hat with half of it being red and the other yellow. Emma really did not understand this man's sense of fashion, she had found it completely odd.
The man had placed the tophat on his head and told her with a smile still on his face "your first job is to give me back my box"
