Sophia was shocked after Bibek's confession. She always thought of him as a brother, someone she could always rely on.
She thought that all three of them would always be together, like the old times, but she didn't know that Bibek had those feelings for her. After his confession, she realized just how much he felt for her.
If she didn't have feelings for Ravi, then without a doubt, she would have accepted his love for her, but the reality was different—she already loved someone, so she couldn't accept his love for her.
'Why is this happening to me? I was happy to have found Ravi, but now I've lost a precious friend.'
Her heart was broken. Although Bibek said that they would be friends forever, she knew, and Bibek also knew, that that wouldn't be the case. They could never go back to normal.
Sophia didn't want that to happen, so she ran toward him. Though he had left a few minutes before, she was confident in her speed and rushed toward his house.
Soon, she reached the front of his house and rang the doorbell.
A woman, who looked to be in her 20s with fiery red hair, opened the door. She was Bibek's sister.
"Is Bibek inside, sis?" Sophia hurriedly asked.
Bibek's sister was puzzled and, with a questioning gaze, asked, "Didn't he go to 'Pis Aller' with you? He told me you guys were leaving this morning."
Sophia was dazed for a bit, then thought:
'We planned to go tomorrow, so why did he tell her it's today?'
Then a thought hit her, and she felt a bit hopeful:
'Did he go ahead of us to surprise us? Yeah, that sounds like him—he was always playful and liked to prank me.'
She thought it was plausible, and even if Bibek went ahead, she was happy as long as they could be together. She bid farewell to Bibek's sister and went to take permission from Brian to head to 'Pis Aller.'
After she went to Brian, he handed her the permission letter and wished her well for the future. Sophia also took permission for Ravi, and Brian gave it to her easily this time.
Brian was confident in Ravi's strength, and after six months without any harm from him, he wasn't wary anymore.
Sophia asked Brian if Bibek also took the permission letter from him, and Brian nodded in agreement.
Sophia was delighted to hear that and returned home with a rare happy expression.
She went to her house, packed her things, and then went to Ravi's to do the same for him.
Finally, her long-awaited day was arriving.
Same day at night, inside a prison cell.
There was a prisoner whose eyes were bloody red, glowing like a beast on the verge of massacre, devouring every bit of light in the dark night.
He mumbled to himself, his mind filled with chaotic thoughts.
'These bloody murderers and rapists, who do as they please, will just live a normal life. And I will have to go and train to fight monsters? These criminals are the real monsters. They should be killed. After I leave, who will punish them? Who will torture them? I can't let that happen. I will kill them all. I will torture them for their crimes. I will show them the true hell. Yeah, I'll make them beg me for death.'
This prisoner had been in jail for four years. Known only as 'Demon of hell' in prison, he tortured every single prisoner there. They all feared him, but today, the jailer had told him he would be joining the 'Pis Aller' academy to train to fight monsters.
He had been locked up since the age of 13 for burning someone alive, and now, at 17, he was eligible to leave the prison for training. But he didn't want that. He wanted to stay and kill every criminal in his sight.
When he first heard about joining the academy, his only thought was how to kill the criminals still inside the prison. He didn't want them to live in peace even for a day.
But he couldn't act. He was locked inside a cell, and the cells forbade them from using superpowers with barriers and seals.
The prisoner was fuming with rage, his eyes glowing with murderous intent.
Then, something happened. A bloody red aura surrounded him, forming a circle around him, completely engulfing him.
The red aura began to spread, covering the entire prison, more than two kilometers in radius.
Horrifying shrieks echoed throughout the prison, bringing chaos.
The guards who were doing night duty didn't understand what was happening. Suddenly, a bloody aura surrounded them, and the screams of prisoners pierced the air.
Prisoners screamed as their bodies exploded apart—blood, torn muscles, crushed bones, and organs scattered everywhere. The whole prison became a gruesome scene. It was an image of true horror.
Soon, the prison was filled with the sickening stench of death. A river of blood flowed through the corridors.
The guards quickly alerted the jailer, but it was already too late. All the prisoners were dead, their remains scattered and the prison painted red with blood.
The jailer's eyes widened in shock. Even he, who had witnessed countless bloody scenes, couldn't believe the sight before him.
'Could it be...'
The jailer immediately rushed to cell number 851212.
Inside, there was only one prisoner left—he was covered by the same bloody aura, his eyes glowing red.
The jailer realized what had happened. This prisoner had killed everyone in the prison—despite being locked up with a barrier and seal forbidding the use of superpowers.
The jailer couldn't deny it any longer. The prisoner was far stronger than he had imagined.
But the jailer wasn't bothered by the prisoner's actions. He didn't care that all the criminals had been killed—they were meant to be executed anyway.
What bothered him was the retaliation from this prisoner. The jailer knew why he'd killed them all—to avoid going to the academy. The jailer wasn't buying it.
"I will still send you to the academy," he said nonchalantly.
"Fuck you, bitch!!" That was the prisoner's reply
