Tyrese stood before the imposing structure of Argentum Academy, a premier institution for supernatural beings. The morning sun cast a golden glow over the sprawling campus, but Tyrese's thoughts were shrouded in doubt. His father, a retired hunter, had always been adamant that this school would help him discover his latent supernatural abilities. But as Tyrese gazed up at the academy's stone façade, he couldn't shake the feeling that he didn't belong.
At 17, Tyrese was the only child of his parents, a peculiar circumstance in the supernatural world. His mother, an alpha werewolf, had always been tight-lipped about the circumstances surrounding his birth. Tyrese's father, on the other hand, had been open about his own limitations as a hunter, but he had always been convinced that Tyrese possessed a unique gift – one that Argentum Academy could help him unlock.
With a deep breath, Tyrese pushed aside his reservations and stepped through the entrance. The foyer was bustling with students, all of whom seemed to possess an aura of confidence that Tyrese could only dream of. He spotted a reception desk, where a warm smile greeted him.
"Welcome, young one! You must be Tyrese, our newest student. We've been expecting you."
Tyrese nodded, feeling a mix of excitement and trepidation. The receptionist handed him a schedule and a map of the campus, pointing out the location of the headmaster's office.
"Your parents have taken care of all the necessary paperwork, so you're all set to begin your journey here at Argentum. Headmaster Orion will see you now."
Tyrese made his way to the headmaster's office, his heart pounding in anticipation. What would the headmaster be like? Would he be able to help Tyrese discover his supernatural abilities, or would he be just another disappointment?
As he entered the office, a tall, imposing figure with piercing blue eyes looked up from behind the desk. Headmaster Orion's gaze seemed to bore into Tyrese's very soul, and for an instant, Tyrese felt like an open book.
"Ah, Tyrese, welcome to Argentum Academy. I trust your journey here has been uneventful?"
Tyrese nodded, still feeling a bit awestruck. "Yes, sir."
The headmaster's expression turned enigmatic. "I must say, your parents have spoken highly of you. I'm intrigued to see what secrets you might be hiding, Tyrese. Secrets, I suspect, that even you are not yet aware of."
Tyrese's heart skipped a beat. What did the headmaster mean? What secrets could he possibly be hiding?
Tyrese left the headmaster's office still thinking about what the headmaster had said, after headmaster Orion talked about him having a secret , tyrese didn't hear anything else that was said to him.
"what did he mean by the secrets I'm hiding?" tyrese asked himself
While still thinking he didn't realize that he had been walking for a while. he didn't know anywhere in the school and hadn't heard when headmaster Orion told him to wait outside while he calls a tour guide to show him around the school and also help him sort out his schedule.
