It was a cold but bright morning, Harry Johnson decided to rush out for a job hunt. He felt finally he could surprise Mitchell with the best news ever. It was almost noon and he had walked past almost all the streets of New York looking for a means to earn a living but it was to no avail. After a wide search, he decided to head back home after so many rejections from employers. The thought of what to say to Mitchell kept dangling all over his mind till he finally got to his apartment. He paused for a minute at the doorstep then he went ahead and opened the door, only to see Mitchell stepping out of the kitchen.
"So what's the news for today?" Mitchell asked Harry as she headed for the couch.
"What do you mean, Mitchell?" Harry asked in surprise.
"What do I mean? Did you get a job?" Mitchell asked.
"No, I wasn't picked." Harry uttered in disappointment.
"As usual." Mitchell said in disgust disregarding the disappointment written all over Harry's face.
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"I am tired of this whole thing, Harry. That's what I mean." Mitchell said as her eyes went wide open.
Harry could sense from Mitchell's responses that she was angry, tired and frustrated about the lack of job situation between them but he couldn't ignore the fact that he loves her.
Harry's heart broke as he tried approaching Mitchell "We shouldn't be doing this."
"Don't touch me, the same old story over and over again." Mitchell yelled at him.
She angrily took her bag and left, leaving no room for Harry to stop her.

It was on a beautiful Monday morning, it's been days since Mitchell and Harry spoke to each other. Mitchell didn't seem to care after all she had bills heaped up for her to pay.
She slowly got out of bed to prepare some pastries and coffee for breakfast when she heard a beep on her phone.
"Please, pick up my call love." Harry Johnson pleaded as he sent voice messages to Mitchell.
It's been days since he last heard from Mitchell and he could feel his world crumbling apart.
"What's the matter?" Mitchell slammed at him as he called again.
"I love you, Mitchell. I cherish every moment with you."
"We have this thing coming right from our highschool days, Harry. What has it brought to our table?" Mitchell asked as she burst into tears.
Harry hates it when Mitchell gets to cry and sadly when he drives her to that state but he can't do so much at the moment.
"We need money, Harry. My mother isn't getting any better, we don't have a house of our own and not even a job yet. How long would we continue like this?"
Mitchell's heart broke as she said those words to Harry because deep down she wants to be with him.
"Just give me a chance to make it right, Mitchell. I would try to get a job. I promise."
Mitchell hung the call, dropped the phone on the table and leaned her back towards the wall as she cried profusely. She was tired of hearing the same thing over and over again.
A call came in almost immediately, she reached for her phone. As she tried silencing the call thinking it was Harry calling back to plead with her, she then realized it was an unknown number.
She picked the call and heard a smooth feminine voice "Good morning, Mitchell Ben"
"My name is Emily, and I'm Tyler Donald's personal assistant. Mr. Tyler would like to have a private meeting with you at his office."
Mitchell was shocked at what she just heard. "You mean the famous Tyler Donald?"
"Yes, he is and he intends to have a brief meeting with you."
"What's this meeting about?" Mitchell asked curiously.
"I'm not permitted to disclose that weight of information, Ms. Mitchell." Emily replied.
"But I assure you, it's a matter of great importance. Would you be available to meet with Mr. Tyler at 2 PM today?"
Mitchell hesitated for a moment, not being sure if this was a good idea. She finally agreed, "Yes, I'll be there."
"Excellent," Emily said. "We'll send a car to pick you up at 1:30 PM. Please be ready."
Mitchell hung up the phone, her mind racing with possibilities but intense fear gripped her. What would Tyler Donald, a man with so much wealth want with her? Was it related to one of her financial cases, or was it something more personal? Despite her fears and curiosity, Mitchell decided not to tell anyone
Mitchell couldn't take her eyes off the clock as was dressed and ready for the meeting. She practiced words to say to Tyler when she met him.
"Good Afternoon, Tyler Donald."
"How are you doing?"
"How did you get so much wealth?"
"Are all the things said about you true?"
So many questions kept on passing through Mitchell's head that she lost track of time before a sleek black car arrived at Mitchell's apartment to take her to Tyler Donald's company. The driver pressed the horn to signal Mitchell of his arrival.
"Oh it's 1:300 PM, he is here." Mitchell whispered as she hurried out of her apartment.
She entered the car as the driver rode to the meeting. Mitchell couldn't shake off the feeling that something big was about to happen beyond her fears.
"What's the meeting going to be all about?"
She kept on pondering on the possibilities of the meeting while she passed through these luxurious buildings and cars. It was a view she had only seen in movies, it all seemed like a dream to her.
Finally they arrived in front of the building, which made Mitchell's eyes widened and her jaws drop in surprise, "this is huge," she thought to herself.
Now her fears were about to catch up with her and there was no turning back at this point.
