The story begins with the mother trapped in a car, tears streaming down her face as she pounds on the glass, screaming in desperation:
"No! Please, don't take my children! They have to stay together! Promise me they'll stay together!"
The officer responds coldly, avoiding eye contact:
"We'll do what we can, ma'am. But we have to follow the procedures."
The camera shifts to the children. Kaki, just two years old, stares at his mother with wide, tearful eyes, while 8-month-old Kahi whimpers softly, too young to understand. As the officer carries them away, their small bodies trembling in confusion, the mother's screams echo behind them:
"Why, why, why?! Promise me they'll stay together!"
