As the door of the waiting room shut, it signaled the king that I was in his room,
He turned to me with his hands still behind his back.but his expression was stern as it exerted power from his kingly demeanor, but when he looked at me, his expression changed to a confused yet thank ful one.
"You're the physician my wife won't stop talking about?" He say still confused.
Ever since he got back from his retreat, his wife rose won't stopped talking about the physician and how he tended to her but now looking at the physician, he was at a loss of words yet relieved that the physician was a woman.
"I should have known she pulled this stunt making me worry" the king said walking toward the chair and sat on it with his finger touching the bridge of his nose as he closed his eyes.
"Stunt" Elara says as she tried to understand what the king had just said.
The queen must have said all that to rattle him up for fun. Well you can't blame her, she hasn't seen her husband for quite a while.
I courtesy as I realize I haven't made respects to the king.
"King eldric" I said as I rose up.
The king has brought Elara here for questioning as he doesn't need to be aided by her, he was perfectly fine, he even had to tell kiv to lie and bring her to the palace telling her the queen ordered it.
"They should have at least told me you were a woman"
Elara wanted to laugh but couldn't as she had to keep her composure.
"Im sorry to have dragged you out of your home so quickly" the king said as he got up.
Upon getting up, the doors to the waiting room flung open as rose barged in and saw Elara and the king.
"I can't believe you called her in, I was only joking with you"rose say yelling at eldric as she walked up to him.
"She isn't supposed to be here until one hour, you've stressed her today." Rose continued as she walked up to Elara leaving Eldric side,
"I'm sorry you had to come so early, how did you even come here, did they drag you hery, hope you aren't hurt?" Rose say as she checks every bit of Elara raising her arm and checking her neck for scratches.
"i'm fine your highness, and there's no need, I'm fine to have come early, I can tend to the list of guards injured and maybe get done on time, so it is not a problem" Elara says with a smiling as rose checks if she hurt.
Rose walk up to her husband Eldric with her expression angry.
"You could have talked to me and I would tell you it was a joke" Eldric looked at his wife as he spoke watching her angry expression, rose raised her hands and continuously hit her husband on his chest, shouting and bickering.
Eldric only looked at her with loved as he wanted nothing but cared for her deeply and it didn't bother him the amount of times rose hit him. He only held one of her hand which caused her to flinch at his firm but not tight grip.
He placed one of his palm on her cheek as the other still held onto one of her hand, "I'm sorry if I brought her to the palace this Early, I just wanted to know who the physician was, that's is all." Eldric said with care in his eyes as he looked at his lovely wife.
Rose expression changed from anger to blush as she couldn't face her husband and just looked away in a different direction.
"Please don't do that again and we're even" rose say as her face is in a blushing mess still not able to look at her husband.
"Only if you promise not to pull that stunt again" Eldric say to roses words with a blank yet playful look on his face.
Eldric understood why rose would pull such a stunt, he had been gone for more than two more or so due to his retreat and never once sent her letters. He admits he was there for work but he didn't know how rose would be feeling, how lonely she would get, how tired she could feel from my absence cause he felt the same way too. He had missed his wife dearly. Upon hearing that she fell I'll, he wanted to return as soon as possible,
He didn't mind if rose pulled all the stunt in the world, he would always showed that he loved her.
Eldric later realized that Elara was still in the room,as rose release himself from him and walked towards elara
"Oh, what is you name?" The king asked facing Elara.
