"Alright, let's go." Seeing they finished pouring the powder Ms Grace said.
With that, the crowd followed Ms Grace to the entrance and entered the new spire, carrying their weapons. Some of them hold swords, some of them hold bows, some of them hold axes.
Following Ms Grace, Alvin entered the spire, carrying his back pack. As an attack mage, he didn't need any weapon to cast his cloud spell. So, instead, he brought some potions with him.
Alvin didn't feel nervous as this wasn't his first time entering a spire.
As Alvin entered the spire, he was standing on a snow ground, glancing around. It was an ice spire that was in blue and white colour. The weather was cold. There was some snow and ice crystals on the tree.
"Ice spire." Alvin mumbled. His breathe turned into white mist at this cold environment.
"Alright guys, whoever wants to explore a higher place can follow me. Those who want to stay at a low level, you can start to do the exploring mission." Ms Grace said, waving her hand.
"Hahahahahha. I don't think you can do it Ms Grace. The high ground belongs to us" A dark robe appeared on the top ground in front of them.
"The Infernal Order" Ms Grace turned around and squinted her eyes as she saw the symbol on the robe.
The crowd standing behind Ms Grace was stunned.
It seemed like The Infernal Order also came to explore this new spire.
"Sorry, the treasure belongs to The Infernal Order. You won't get it." the member of the Infernal Order, Matthew said that.
"We have been looking for The Infernal Order. And you just expose yourself like that? Fourth cloud spell, rank 3 Inferno Prison" Ms Grace exclaimed. She summoned her cloud, there were five cloud spell on it. The rank 3 fire spells shone.
A towering flames and fire was summoned around Matthew, trapping him inside the tower. The snow and ice around Matthew was melting and evaporating.
Seeing that, Matthew quickly summoned his cloud. He also got 5 spells on his clouds, which means he was at least 51 level.
"Fourth cloud spell, rank 3 Frostbound Citadel" Matthew exclaimed. A rank 3 ice cloud spell shone in a blue light. A thick ice wall formed in between him and the fire tower, blocking the fire tower. At the same time, the ice wall was moving outward, breaking the fire tower.
Although both cloud spell were rank 3, the ice wall broke the fire tower easily.
"Sorry, this is an ice spire. I have the upper hand. And now, bye bye. Cloud item, Reshuffle" Matthew took out a dice and rolled it on the ground.
"Everyone holds hand together" Ms Grace inmmeidately exclaimed as she saw the cloud items.
Upon hearing, Alvin tried to hold Charles's hand, the dice rolling was too fast. Alvin didn't manage to hold anyone's hand.
Alvin saw the dice fall on the ground, shooting out a light onto everyone. The next second, Alvin's world turned dark. He couldn't see anything even though he opened his eyes.
Alvin didn't panic. He took a deep breath and tried to calm himself down. By feeling the cold environment around him, he believed he was still inside the spire.
According to the textbook, the cloud items, Reshuffle possesed the power of shuffling everyone's position in a 5km. It was a totally random process, even the user couldn't decide where the people reshuffle to.
"Teacher Elias? Charles?" Alvin shouted. He tried to look around, but his eyes didn't get used to the dark environment.
"Teacher Elias? Charles?" Instead of getting a response from them, Alvin heard echoes of his own voice, as if he was speaking into a cave.
Alvin blinked a few times before he was able to see the dark environment. There were some huge, grey-colored rocks around him.
Alvin was standing on a rock. In front of him was a path filled with stones, with a little inclination, spiraling up.
Alvin glanced around, checking if there was any cloud monster. Although he poured the powder on himself, the powder won't be able to stop high level cloud monsters.
Luckily, there was no cloud monster nearby.
It seemed like he was inside a cave or some underground place.
"Not sure how teacher Elias and Charles are. Hopefully they are safe." Alvin mumbled. He was worrying about them, especially teacher Elias because he remembered teacher Elias said that he didn't have a cloud spell.
"I don't think litrose could be seen by others at places like this." Looking around, Alvin sighed. Even though he prepared the litrose in case they encountered danger, it wasn't possible to shoot the light out here. The light would be blocked by the rock and ceiling.
"But I need the light now." Alvin still activated the litrose anyway. He wanted to have a better view of his environment. What he had feared the most now wasn't the cloud monsters, but rather the possibility of him not being able to find a way out. He was now at an unknown place with no hint of direction from the sun.
As the litrose was thrown on the ground, it illuminated the place with red light.
Alvin exhaled and breathed a sigh of relief. He felt safer with the red light from the litrose. He could see things that were far away.
He bent over and picked up the soil together with litrose. Then,he used it to illuminate the spiral path in front of him.
It was a big spiral that led to a small hole. A little bit of white light shone in through the hole. It was probably his way out.
After checking the spiral path, Alvin closed the litrose. He was afraid that cloud monsters was attracted by the light.
With the little light that shone in through the holes, Alvin slowly walked up the spiral. His steps was gentle, trying to avoid sounds that might being atrract any cloud monsters
