Chapter 17: The Journey
We set out early the next morning, Victor leading the way. We traveled through the woods, our senses on high alert as we navigated the treacherous terrain.
As we walked, Victor told me more about the Order of the Moon and their secrets. I listened intently, my mind racing with questions and concerns.
After several hours of walking, we came to a clearing. In the center of the clearing stood an old, dilapidated mansion.
Victor nodded toward the mansion. "That's where the Order of the Moon is headquartered," he said. "We'll find the answers we're looking for inside."
I felt a surge of excitement mixed with fear. What would we find inside the mansion? And what dangers lay ahead?
