Chapter 15: The Proposal
Victor stood before us, his eyes scanning the pack as he began to speak.
"Our family's secret society is called the Order of the Moon," he said. "They're a group of werewolves who have sworn to protect our kind and keep our existence a secret."
He paused, his eyes locking onto mine.
"But the Order is in danger," he continued. "A rogue group of humans has discovered their existence, and they're determined to destroy them."
The pack murmured, their voices filled with concern.
"What do you need from us?" Liam asked.
Victor's eyes locked onto mine.
"I need Emily's help," he said. "She's the key to unlocking the Order's secrets and saving them from destruction."
I felt a surge of fear, knowing that I was in grave danger. But I also felt a sense of determination, knowing that I had to do whatever it took to protect my family's secret society.
