THE RISE A WARRIOR
"I will finish what my father started. We will not be slaves to the other kingdoms!" Nate declared with confidence, vowing to protect his town, his people, and those who had been enslaved.
After leaving his mother in his chamber, he walked to the Dle (hall) and addressed the people.
"I now understand what we have endured, but we must not lose hope. We must rise up, stay strong, and reclaim our rightful place!"
The people cheered in unison.
"Hail the King! Hail the King! Long live the King!"
Determined to prepare for the battles ahead, Nate began training the young men of the town. He also trained himself rigorously, as he was blessed by the gods. He cared deeply for his people, treating them as his own family.
He taught them how to read, control their powers, and unlock their full potential. As time passed, the town began to change. The elders watched with admiration as the young warriors trained day and night, growing stronger.
To test their abilities, Nate sparred with his warriors. One of them had the power to control stone, yet despite his strength, Nate defeated him effortlessly.
"You can all control your powers," Nate encouraged them. "It's all about focus and determination."
The old men in the town murmured among themselves.
"The Delithay has been born."
(Delithay: The god of power and knowledge, the origin of all divine strength. The seven nations worshiped different gods, but Delithay was believed to be the ruler of them all.)
THE PLAN TO RECLAIM ETHAN
Nate knew that to restore the glory of Ethan, he had to act wisely. He remained careful and set a strong example for his people.
His mother, Rectiha, watched him closely, trying to understand his thoughts. She knew he had been chosen by the gods to fulfill a destiny that had yet to unfold.
The elders began to recognize him as the true king—the one who would save the seven lands.
"If we work together and fight with all our strength, we will reclaim our home!" Nate told the villagers.
Gathering those ready for war, Nate prepared to face the six kingdoms. He planned his strategy carefully, targeting the Mohaian Kingdom first.
Moha was known for its massive war arsenal. It supplied weapons and tools to all the kingdoms and had a reputation for producing the strongest warriors.
From what his mother had told him, Moha had always been Ethan's greatest enemy. Their king, Pac, despised the Ethaians and had plotted their downfall for years.
Nate and his friends devised a dangerous plan—to infiltrate Moha's army.
"This mission is risky, and lives will be lost," Nate told the elders. "But we have no time for delay."
That night, they left Zealitya, dropping their weapons along the way to avoid suspicion.
As they approached Moha, they dressed in ragged clothes to disguise themselves.
At the east gate of Moha, a group of soldiers stopped them.
"Where are you from, and what brings you to Moha at this hour?" one soldier questioned.
"We come from Kosah (the land of the dead)," Nate replied. "My mother died yesterday, and I had to bury her. I had no money for a proper funeral."
The soldiers inspected them thoroughly before allowing them entry.
Moha was a rich and fertile land, known for its vast livestock, abundant crops, and powerful warriors.
Nate, Jos, and Nar found shelter and rested for the night.
INFILTRATING THE MOHAIAN ARMY
The next morning, Nate searched for work at the palace. When he returned, he told his friends:
"I applied to be a palace guard, and we got the job!"
"That's great news! We must move quickly," Nar replied, excited.
Their first mission was a success. They planned to prove themselves as trustworthy guards so they could gain access to the kingdom's secrets.
Pac, the king of Moha, had grown old and could no longer manage the affairs of the kingdom. He entrusted his son, Frad, the greatest swordsman in Moha, with ruling in his place.
Frad was a skilled and respected warrior. He had never been defeated in battle, and Pac trusted him to lead the kingdom.
Nate and his friends pretended to be inexperienced soldiers and joined the training field.
After weeks of training, the final test arrived: each recruit had to fight Frad.
One by one, the soldiers stepped forward—but none could defeat him.
When it was Nate's turn, he fought clumsily on purpose.
Frad scoffed. "You are a useless soldier. You know nothing about war."
The other warriors laughed at Nate, mocking him. But in an instant, Nate changed his fighting style.
With lightning speed, he struck Frad down!
Everyone gasped in shock.
For the first time, Frad had been defeated.
Frad, still on the ground, stared at Nate in disbelief. Then, he smiled.
"I am happy," he said. "For the first time, I have been defeated. You are truly strong."
The warriors cheered for Nate.
"Ohussss… Ohussss… Ohusssssss!" they chanted in excitement.
Nate and his friends were given their armor and assigned positions to protect the palace.
Their mission was just beginning.
