(In the Evening, around 6 to 7 pm, still at the Elite members' safe house)
(Inside the safe house)
...Siri's voice echoed around the room as Nat made his way out of the luxurious safe house, leaving the rest of the members in awe. As Nat walked out of the safe house, the evening air felt heavy with unspoken tensions. The argument with Siri still lingered. He couldn't shake off the feeling of frustration.
Nat's gaze drifted toward the streetlights, their soft hum filling the air. The streets seemed to grow quieter, as if the city itself was holding its breath. He approached the car, one of the luxurious vehicles parked outside, each with its own driver waiting for their "Nong" (master). As soon as Nat appeared, the drivers noticed him, and his driver immediately opened the door.
Nat's eyes narrowed as he glanced at the alleyway where he'd seen the shadow before. A shiver ran down his spine. He looked away, annoyed, and got into the car.
"Take me home," Nat instructed the driver, who nodded and obeyed. The driver pulled away from the curb, heading toward " Petchkasem Road ", which would take them to "The Niramitur Mansion",
(NB: The Niramitur Mansion is Nat's family home, located in the Hua Hin area.)
Nat gazed out the window, watching as the city lights blurred together. His mind began to wander, thinking about the argument with Siri and the mysterious shadow. What was its true purpose? And why did it always lurk in the shadows, watching them?
Nat's thoughts were interrupted by the sound of his phone buzzing. He pulled it out of his pocket and saw a text message from an unknown number.
"Meet me at Khao Takiab Beach. Come alone."
(NB: Khao Takiab Beach is approximately 10-15 kilometers from The Niramitur Mansion, it is a stunning shoreline renowned for its breathtaking sunsets and serene atmosphere.)
Nat's heart skipped a beat as he read the message. His eyes widened, and his grip on the phone tightened. Who could be sending him such a cryptic message? And what did they want from him?
Nat thought back to the person he'd sent to gather information on the shadow. Could this be a breakthrough?
The car pulled up to a red light on Petchkasem Road, and Nat gazed out the window, his eyes lost in thought. The city lights seemed to blur together, and for a moment, he felt like he was on the edge of something big.
Nat thought to himself, "What was the shadow's true purpose? And why was it always lurking around in the shadows, watching them?"
The light turned green, and the car pulled away from the intersection. Nat's eyes remained fixed on the window, his mind still reeling with possibilities.
As the car drove farther away from the safe house, Nat gazed out the window, his mind still reeling from the argument with Siri. His phone buzzed again, breaking the silence. Nat pulled it out and saw a message from Siri.
Siri: "Hey, where are you?"
Nat's sight drifted away, his mind elsewhere, as he read the message.
Siri: "We're waiting for you at the arcade. Don't miss it!"
His gaze fell, still no response.
Siri: "Don't be late!"
Nat's eyes glazed over the window again, lost in thought.
Siri: "Don't do that, Nat. Just respond already."
Nat still didn't reply to Siri's message, cause he already had so much on his mind, and didn't know how to respond.
Siri: "I'll wait for you until you come. Please don't be late."
Nat: "Okay, ahead."
Nat raised an eyebrow, feeling a pang of annoyance and confusion. Why was Siri being so pushy? Didn't she understand that he needed some space?
But as he read the message again, with his clear mind, he realized that Siri was trying to make amends. She was trying to extend an olive branch, to make things right between them.
Nat sighed, feeling a bit guilty for overreacting earlier. He thought about how Siri was way bad at apologizing than him, this thought made Nat smile as it also calmed him down a bit.
The car ride seemed to stretch on forever, but finally, they turned into Nat's neighborhood on Petchkasem Road. He felt a sense of relief wash over him as the car stopped near his house.
"Stop here," Nat instructed the driver. "I'll get down."
He instructed the driver before they got to his house....
