When it was noon, those who had gone hunting finally returned to the resting place where Vanessa, Magdalena and Eleanor were. Each of them had caught the game brought by the guards who had followed them.
"It looks like this year's hunt is much better than before," said Henry, Celestial's father.
"You're right, this way the villagers can get meat for their consumption and we can have fun spending time together," said the king, King Harold.
The king and his duke had known each other since they were young. That's why they looked so familiar with each other. But still, Henry was still very respectful of Harold as his king.
Even Lexion and Roxarion also cooperated with Crown Prince Delon to do this hunt, and as usual they always got deer when they did it.
"This time I got a forest rabbit, it's very big and I did it alone," Jayden said proudly and arrogantly in front of everyone.
Not long after Moran and Celestial returned to the meeting point where everyone was already there. Jayden turned to them and seemed to stare condescendingly at his own brother.
"Look who came back with nothing again. Every time we go on a hunt, he never brings anything and instead is just alone together with Celestial. I don't understand what's on his mind, but he really looks very weak," he said condescendingly.
"I really didn't intend to go on a hunt like I usually do. I just wanted to spend some time outside, breathe some fresh air and spend time with my fiancée." Moran took off his bag and bow and put them back into his storage box.
Celestial stood near the man then turned to Odette who came over to her carrying a handkerchief. She helped wipe the sweat off her lady's face then smiled.
"Thank you Odette," Celestial said.
"Lady Celestial, Lady Eleanor has been chatting with your mother and Her Majesty. But her demeanor is very strange," said the maid whispering to her.
She frowned in surprise, what was Odette referring to?
She then turned to Eleanor who approached them.
"Are you alright Celestial? I heard Prince Moran didn't get anything in this hunt," she asked while holding her step-sister's hand.
"I'm fine, Moran doesn't want to hunt any animals. And I support his decision if he doesn't like it. So it's no big deal," she replied.
Eleanor gasped in shock when she learned that, because she had expected Moran to be gentle. He couldn't even bear to hurt an animal, let alone someone else's feelings. And that made Eleanor feel a spark inside her.
A spark she shouldn't have felt, but it had happened.
They then sat down to enjoy the tea and cake that had been prepared. Because of the dense trees in the forest, the hot sun did not hurt them and in fact, it felt very warm especially with their chatter about Celestial and Moran's wedding.
The dark blue-haired woman did not expect that they were already talking about her wedding. But that was not surprising because the two of them were supposed to be getting married, but in the novel it was written that Moran postponed his marriage to Celestial and a few days later she found Moran kissing Eleanor.
'Does that mean the day is coming soon? It must be a few weeks or months away. And not long after that I will live hated by everyone and end up dead. I won't take a wrong step after this, I have to be careful and keep Moran together with me,' Celestial thought at that time.
King Harold then asked about the wedding party Celestial wanted. This party would be quite big because it certainly involved their kingdom. Even though Moran was only the third Prince, the wedding would still attract a lot of people.
She replied that she wanted a wedding that was not too big, but romantic for her and Moran. Something lovely and memorable for both of them.
"I want something that is memorable enough for me and Prince Moran. It doesn't need to be something elaborate or big, but something that we can remember forever. Family presence is the most important thing too," explains Celestial, who tries to sound wise when it comes to choosing a wedding party.
She explains that the wedding ceremony is something sacred for her and Moran. The sacred vows of marriage was what she prioritized above all else.
The queen was satisfied with Celestial's answer that was not concerned with luxury but the sacred ceremony between Celestial and her son, Moran. Because the wedding vows were the main key to the big wedding feast.
But suddenly Eleanor joined in to discuss this matter.
"But His Majesty said that this wedding will attract a lot of people and attention. Surely it will also attract attention from other kingdoms and how big the wedding party will be will be a judgment for other kingdoms about the Kingdom of Castellia," she said with Jayden's agreement.
"It turns out that she is much more genius than you, Celestial. A lovely and simple wedding will make them think that our kingdom is not capable of throwing a big party. Do you intend to embarrass our kingdom in front of other kingdoms and nobles?" asked Jayden in a dismissive tone.
He said that this wedding was performed by members of the kingdom and also the Duke's family who had a high level of nobility in the kingdom. But Celestial chose a wedding that was not so luxurious and romantic which Jayden thought was too ridiculous.
His question was enough to make them all silent, including Celestial because she thought, Is the answer she gave actually wrong and make other royal members actually dislike the answer?
'But why are they just silent? At least say something,' she thought.
Eleanor, on the other hand, seemed satisfied to have Jayden backing her up. She felt that the wedding should be lavish and big so that everyone would know who was getting married that day and show how their kingdom was better than other kingdoms.
In the situation where they were just silent, suddenly a maid with dark green hair spoke up for her lady.
"Pardon my rudeness, but neither Lady Eleanor nor Prince Jayden have the right to comment on what Lady Celestial wants."
