Celestial sat in the garden in the backyard of her family mansion. That day she was drawing in her book, she was trying to draw Moran's face with her memories.
Although she was not the original Celestial, she had the same hobbies as the original Celestial, namely drawing and painting. That's why it was easy for her to adapt herself to the Celestials she knew.
It was just that back in the original world, she didn't have time to do her hobbies because she was busy working and earning money so that her family wouldn't keep demanding money from her.
'Now I can freely do whatever I want. I don't have to bother thinking about what to do when mom and dad demand money from me. But I have to think of ways to survive in this world,' she thought at the time.
Last night she dreamt about Celestial's past, which she felt was the details of the events told in the novel when the real Celestial was locked up in her room.
She even felt frightened in her sleep, as she saw the flames surrounding her. The room where she slept so soundly, felt so comfortable and where she could be so calm, became a nightmare when that room was also her final resting place.
Especially when the death that approached her was something so tragic, dying alone in the flames that engulfed her and the room.
'That's really terrible. I hope that won't happen to me and I should be able to survive forever.'
While Celestial was in the backyard, Eleanor was in the front yard looking at the flowers. She planted her favorite flower, the peony.
"I hope this flower grows beautifully soon, because I can't wait to see the results," Eleanor said before she was distracted by a horse-drawn carriage entering the mansion grounds.
From the flag attached to the carriage, it appeared that it was a royal carriage, where she saw a blonde-haired woman getting off the carriage.
The woman was always walking towards the front door, curious about who the woman was, Eleanor took off her gloves and hat and approached her.
Knock knock
When the maid knocked on the door, Eleanor greeted her which made the blonde woman glance at her.
"Good afternoon, how may I help you?" Eleanor asked her.
The noblewoman's pink eyes looked Eleanor up and down. She had a serious expression on her face as she held the fan she always carried.
"I'm here to meet with Celestial. If I look at your appearance, you must be the girl adopted by Duke Damanor, right?"
She nodded her head while slightly saluting. "That's right, my name is Eleanor Sophia Damanor. How about you?"
Mary the maid was rather surprised when Eleanor asked her that, because how could she not recognize the royal princess.
When she was about to answer Eleanor's question, the woman who was none other than Cecilia lifted her fan to signal her maid not to speak.
"You don't seem to know who I am. I don't mind since this is our first time meeting each other."
That made Eleanor feel confused, and also curious about her.
Cecilia closed her fan and stared intently at Eleanor as if she was looking into the girl in front of her.
"My name is Cecilia Alda Castelia, princess of the kingdom of Castelia. I'm sure you should have already heard my name," she replied which once again took Eleanor by surprise until she finally bowed before Cecilia.
"Please forgive my impudence Princess Cecilia, I did not mean to not recognize you as this is my first time meeting you."
With her fan, she patted Eleanor's shoulder and pressed her to bow even lower because she was royal family.
"I know that. Now raise your head and I want to meet Celestial."
Without thinking, she immediately opened the door for Cecilia and escorted Cecilia and Mary towards the backyard where Celestial was.
As she was walking, Eleanor's eyes fell on Mary who was carrying several boxes in her hands. She realized that there were four gift-like boxes in the maid's hand that she thought would be given to her sister.
Arriving at the backyard, Celestial was seen gazing at the fountain in the garden. She sat on a garden chair while focusing on her book and pencil.
Cecilia went down the stairs to her future sister-in-law and stood behind her while looking at what Celestial was drawing.
"Looks like you really love my brother, Celestial. If it's like this I'll never be able to doubt your feelings for him," she commented which made Celestial immediately turn her head back and look at the princess.
Just like Eleanor, Celestial had also never met Cecilia before. But she had seen Cecilia's face painting in the palace hall when she went to visit Moran. That's why she recognized the woman and immediately put down her books and pencils to salute her.
But Cecilia immediately took Celestial by the shoulders, saying that she didn't have to.
"You're going to be my sister-in-law, you don't need to be so formal by greeting me. We are family and we should behave like it," she said.
Celestial smiled when she heard that then she invited Cecilia to sit next to her. Her eyes fell on Eleanor who was also there but she noticed that Eleanor's face was a little dirty with dirt.
She took her handkerchief and cleaned Eleanor's face.
"Did you just finish planting flowers again? Your face is dirty like this. You should clean your face when you're done," Celestial said softly which Cecilia noticed at the time.
Eleanor's face turned red as she felt embarrassed especially since the princess didn't say anything when her face was indeed dirty with soil and just kept quiet. But instead of feeling grateful, she felt a little jealous when Cecilia told Celestial not to bow before her.
Meanwhile, she was forced to bow even lower using the fan she was carrying.
"It turns out that you do have such a kind and gentle heart towards someone like her," Cecilia commented as she witnessed this.
She turned her head and smiled. "Eleanor is my sister, I will definitely care for her because I love her anyway."
Although the words only came out of her mouth but not from her heart. Celestial just wanted to make a good impression in front of everyone even though she was not happy with the fact that Eleanor would someday take all the attention away from her, if she showed any displeasure towards Eleanor.
She then asked Odette to call the other maids and bring three cups of tea as well as some cookies for them.
"Yes Lady Celestial," Odette said as she bowed and walked away towards the kitchen.
There was a smile on her face when she noticed the three women currently gathered in the garden because she felt that something interesting was about to happen.
Something that might just be a big wave that one of them was carried away by.
"I can't wait to see what happens next."
