"I didn't know you were this strong" Mrs. Annie said with this stern look that scared me.
"I just had to defend myself"
"You're a bïtch!" she said casually.
Did I just hear her right or is my eardrum having a problem?
"Ma?"
"I said you are a bïtch!"
I scoffed in disbelief and looked at her without flinching,
"Why? Why am I a bïtch?"
"I called you bïtch. Just so you could know who you are. I knew your plans you gold dïgger!"
I almost raised my hands to slap her at that moment because I am not so good at word fight, my strength is in physical violence, I just didn't know the kind of self-control that came over me.
"I wouldn't take insults from you anymore ma'am"
"Haha! Like you had a choice. Who are you trying to deceive? Acting all innocent but I know you, you try to use your innocence to sêduce rich men. How am I sure you didn't hire Jim and his friends to just find favor in Cal's eyes"
"I do not understand" I stood up from the bed to face her despite the pains going on in my head. I didn't quite get what she was trying to do. Wait a minute, is it because her lover Jim ended up in the barracks to get punished, or what exactly?
"I saw the way you looked at him and swooned all over him like a prōstitute. Cal is wealthy! Responsible! Handsome! Hot! Sëxy! Dope! Frosh! Caring and romantic and you think he would want to have anything to do with you? He's mine!
WAIT A MINUTE!
"Annie, hold on, you're interested in Cal?" I couldn't help but laugh.
"You think Cal would want to settle with an old woman like you?"
I could see the anger growing in her eyes, I guess that was because I called her by her name and spoke to her informally, and of course, she is definitely an old bïtch that Cal wouldn't want to have anything to do with.
"Look at you this foōl! At least, I am reputable, I have a house and a business of my own, what do you have? A housemaid! She laughed.
"I am beautiful and I have a great figure, men are all over me, begging my attention. Even your brother James, would want to have me to himself. I don't think a man as wealthy as Cal is interested in an old woman; he isn't a sugar boy like Jim. He wants fresh blōod like me"
"You've grown wings you bïtch, you have grown wings!" She started pulling my hair. I already had a headache and she's worsening it. I had to give her a dirty slap that caught her off guard.
"How dare you?" she yelled while she held onto her burning cheeks, almost teary.
"You started it. I wouldn't be subject to you forever Annie, I quit!" I went to my wardrobe and started packing every single thing that belonged to me.
While I did that, she watched me surprisingly, "You're not going anywhere, bïtch! You must finish what you started!" She started pulling me and this was hurting my hands.
To be honest, I regretted slapping her but now, she is making me want to kïll her, why is she being a nüisance?
"Leave me alone, Annie! I am going to leave you and ensure that you're lonely forever!" "You will regret this! You will come back crawling and begging!"
"No Annie, no. I wouldn't do that, trust me" I finished packing and started leaving while she followed me, "Who do you think you are? My God? You must be sick!"
"You have no respect for me anymore huh? You want to leave, huh?" She pounced on me and started slapping and punching me. At first, I didn't want to fight her back but she kept on and was hurting me so I pushed her away.
She fell and hit her head really hard on the floor and then, she passed out. What have I done?
"Annie, Annie, please wake up!" Oh goodness! There is so much blōod. I am in a mess, what do I do now? Is she deãd? How do I know she's not deãd? I tried checking her pulse but it was confusing.
I didn't know if I felt anything or I was just hoping to feel something."Mrs. Annie! Wake up, please! Wake up you snïtch!" I didn't even know when I burst into tears, I hadn't cried in years. Now, I am a mürderer!
