Chapter 2: The Unexpected Encounter

As Alex led Michael into the house, she couldn't help but notice the way he moved with confidence and ease. She felt a flutter in her chest, but quickly pushed the feeling aside. She was not interested in getting involved with anyone right now.

"Please, have a seat," Alex said, gesturing to the living room. "I'll go get my father."

Michael smiled and sat down, looking around the opulent living room with interest. Alex hurried off to find her father, wondering what this unexpected encounter might bring.

As she entered her father's study, she found him sitting behind his desk, looking up at her with a questioning expression.

"Father, there's someone here to see you," Alex said, trying to sound casual.

Her father raised an eyebrow. "Who is it?"

"His name is Michael," Alex replied. "He didn't say what he wanted."

Her father nodded, standing up from his desk. "I'll go see what he wants."

As Alex followed her father back to the living room, she couldn't help but feel a sense of curiosity. Who was this mysterious stranger, and what did he want with her father?

Chapter 3: The Mysterious Stranger

As Alex and her father entered the living room, Michael stood up, smiling. He was even more handsome up close, with piercing brown eyes and a chiseled jawline.

"Ah, Michael, welcome," Alex's father said, extending his hand. "I'm Mr. Smith. Please, have a seat."

Michael sat down, looking around the room with interest. Alex noticed that he seemed particularly fascinated by the artwork on the walls.

"Michael, what brings you here today?" Alex's father asked, leaning forward in his chair.

"I'm here on business, Mr. Smith," Michael replied. "I represent a company that's interested in investing in your business."

Alex's father raised an eyebrow. "I wasn't aware that we were looking for investors."

Michael smiled. "We've done our research, Mr. Smith. Your company has a lot of potential, and we believe that with our investment, we can take it to the next level."

As Michael continued to talk, Alex found herself becoming more and more intrigued by him. She couldn't help but wonder what his story was, and what had brought him to her family's doorstep.

Just then, the doorbell rang. Alex's mother answered it, revealing a tall, handsome man with a white complexion.

"Ah, Alexander, welcome," Alex's mother said, smiling. "Please, come in."

Alexander, the white complexion man, smiled and entered the room. Alex noticed that he seemed particularly interested in Michael, and she wondered if there was a story there.

"Alexander, this is Michael," Alex's father said, gesturing to the two men. "He's here on business."

Alexander's eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at Michael. "Ah, Michael," he said. "We've met before."

Michael's expression didn't change, but Alex noticed a flicker of tension in his eyes. She wondered what was going on between these two men.
