At that moment my vision was dark, the light penetrated my eyelids to the retina. I tried to open my eyes.
I saw a familiar face that was very flushed, she was shedding tears with her face red like a tomato.
Loraine cried.
"Why are you crying?" I asked helplessly, my body was too hard to move even to make a sound.
"Stupid, I should have asked that too." He tried to calm himself before wiping the tears from his upper cheek.
"What.. Am I crying too?" I asked, I tried to lift my arm but I couldn't help but it wouldn't lift.
I felt tears passing through the passage before reaching my ear.
Damn, that dream really brought up my feelings, I've been trying to forget about it for a long time but why does it come up again?
I forced myself to stand up, but my body felt fragile as if I hadn't stood up from this bed in years.
Loraine approached when I sat down, she leaned closer and wiped the tears from my face.
Her smile is very sweet.
"You make me worry you know?" Loraine said quietly because her face was too close to mine, "I thought you wouldn't wake up after five days of sleeping here." he continued.
Five days? There's no doubt my own body is fragile. Now it's clear that I've been asleep for so long that my body's muscles are not normal when I wake up.
I grinned as I heard him babble, his face which was so close to mine looked cute as he babbled about my life.
"Can't you just think about yourself in times of crisis?" He babbled, then continued, "You care too much about other people, which makes you very weak."
Loraine then sat next to me in the empty space left. After wiping my tears, she took my hand and held it as if covering it.
"You know when you helped Prince Alain at the last moment before you were stabbed, you think I didn't see that?" His babbling made me even more horrified.
"When you were frozen and I thought you were dead in that block of ice." His voice softened after he rambled for quite a long time.
"I really can't believe we survived the Abyssal gate," I said still helplessly while changing the topic.
"I know you're changing the topic, but when I first met you until the beginning you fought like someone invincible." He muttered, then continued, "I've come to believe again that you are a human and not a god."
"WEIN!" Instantly I saw Loraine use her mana to move before that familiar voice entered the room.
That familiar voice did ruin the atmosphere, but I also missed him, who was very similar to my old friend.
Loraine was standing next to me, her face turned as red as a tomato again this time because of embarrassment, even though no one had entered the room, just giving a sound.
Until the sound of fake footsteps. He stepped inside and waved his hand as he entered. "Damn, it turns out someone was there first, and that's WHAT! student council president Loraine?!" The shock seemed fake and very funny and entertaining.
"You know Liam, your arrival ruined a moment, you know. I want to sleep again." I said jokingly and pulled the blanket a little.
"You know how painful it is to sleep alone and be lonely at night." He said, I also heard other footsteps coming into my treatment room.
This cold morning really makes me warm because of a warm meeting like this.
"Wein!" The second familiar voice with a tone similar to Liam's was either Liam, who looked like him, or he was the one who started following Liam.
Narisa entered with Academy Principal Claudia, she brought Alain and Teressa with her.
"Thank God Wein is awake." Academy Head Claudia said with relief.
Narisa looked between the two of us, Loraine and I making her show a happy grin.
Academy Head Claudia continued her words with me. "Loraine has been waiting and always accompanies you here." He said teasingly.
"The academy is temporarily suspended for inspection, and also for winter break; you can go home first." Academy Head Claudia said.
He looked like he couldn't stay any longer and then stood up from the chair he was using to sit next to me. "I think that's it for now, enjoy your time with your friends, Wein."
He came out, Liam and Narisa were like the same people this time, they asked me what happened like journalists.
I, who seemed too lazy to respond to the two of them, threw my body backward and pulled the blanket to cover me.
It makes people laugh when they see the ridiculousness of the two people in front of me, but Liam looks more ridiculous at the moment.
He looks a lot like Leon.
****/ Elaina Grimveil POV :
"Why does the investigation involve us?" I wonder.
The room was very tense, with a round table that only had nine chairs all the Gladius of Britonia gathered.
"I don't know either, but if they ask us doesn't that mean it has something to do with us." Answer: The woman with the curly hair.
This meeting summoned all Gladius, but three Gladius did not attend this meeting, and their news was not even known.
If it weren't for this meeting, I would have been at Aetheris Academy to see my little brother who had just completed the Abyssal Gate.
"Where are the representatives of the Dwarves?" Wykes asked, as usual his face always looked cold and only showed angry emotions.
The absence of the dwarves in this meeting made us even more confused about what was happening because the Gladius meeting could be held in the city of Spreum or Cyfil but the dwarves were not allowed to use their city.
"They are absent." In a cold tone, he seemed to not care about the dwarf.
"Okay, this meeting turned out to be fruitless but the government has asked us all to come to Al-Cryan tomorrow." This information was conveyed by Akylaa Doreion, she then stood up from her chair and walked away from this room.
The other Gladiuses could only see the Gladius with the code TwinFate leaving, followed by his twin brother with the code TwinDestiny.
Due to the results that ended in failure, the other Gladiuses chose not to continue, Wykes crossed his arms over his chest and closed his eyes.
Violet also left the room with a cold, expressionless face, I don't have a goal after this so I think I want to head to Aetheris Academy.
"Elena!" He said from behind. His tone was cold but sounded firm.
I didn't turn my body to look, but I just kept quiet and waited for him to continue speaking.
"I think the dwarves are hiding something." He said worriedly, it was rare for Wykes to be this anxious so it made me look back.
He still seemed to be hiding his anxiety behind his coldness, crossing his arms over his chest, his eyes fixed on me sharply.
"So what do you want?" I answered a little loudly but nothing else I didn't know what to answer.
Wykes sighed, lightly. Then he stood up from the chair and stepped closer to me.
"I need your sister for this."
.

"Are you sure? that usually never happens." Kylaa said the two of us were sitting in a place where it looked like we were the only two here.
Dwarves still make me think and keep making bad things pop into my head.
Wykes just said he needed my brother for that? Then he walked past me and left the room lightly.
"Is there any news as to why the dwarves are absent?" I asked increasingly curious.
Kylaa, with her blue hair and the length of her hair, just barely touches her back, not very long.
"I don't know, Akylaa didn't get clear information about that either, but some information reached my ears." What he said made me even more curious.
"What's that?" I asked.
"They are in the dwarven kingdom to do something." Kylaa said while lowering her voice slightly.
