"Many!" Everyone was shocked, with so many Yetis coming out of the cave, they wondered how to defeat so many monsters. Just one is hard enough to beat.
While our position was in the worst position, our healer was in a very bad condition, the poison hit his mana core, and he didn't dare to heal himself for fear of the mana spreading to him.
I was in my worst condition; Wein also looked very tired; we hadn't eaten in three hours, but this hunger was eating away at my stomach.
The cold weakened our immunity. When faced with these giant monsters, Professor Kathrine remained silent, her mouth agape in shock at seeing these creatures.
"Damn it, there's no escape from here." We were all speechless as if we had given our fate to God; we were ready to die at any time if it was like this.
However... Something surprising happened: the sky became dark, with lots of sharp objects flying in curves and lots of arrows being shot.
Towards the group of Yetis, the arrows in the form of ice pierced them, slowly causing freezing marks on their injured body parts, and giving an annoying hypothermic effect.
"That-"
"Ice Elves!" Wein muttered; he then stood at the front, passing through the gap created by the team formation, and he advanced alone with his body covered in blood.
The Yeti tried to escape, but they were no better than humans, they had no other protection other than the dark cave, leaving them exposed to the sky's attacks at that time.
Strangely, they didn't attack us; I thought they would think that we were the ones who attacked. Yeti have brains that tend to be simpler than humans, so their thinking will be shorter.
"Are they helping us?" I asked, but there was no answer, only silence, with a few screams from the Yeti in pain.
"Do we have to wait here all the time? waiting for their own war?" Alain asked loudly.
"Let them fight, I hope we can get out because the boss was killed during this conflict." Wein exclaimed excitedly.
The second attack didn't continue as I expected. There should have been a second wave to this attack, but it was completely peaceful afterward.
I thought the worst-case scenario was because we were standing on a hill that wasn't very high, but it was very difficult to see from below with just the naked eye.
The sky was starting to darken, the sun was almost reaching the curve of the earth, and it would soon be night, but we were still in our most difficult position, without drinking or eating.
But something keeps haunting me; I always ask how things are outside. How many days have we been here? We've only been in here for three hours, but the time is not the same as outside, sometimes it's faster and vice versa.
But someone, on the other hand, looked at Wein; I glanced at him as long as I stood there; his facial expression was always changing, but there was only one expression he didn't show, namely: Despair.
I saw him panic, afraid, proud, excited, and surprised, but with every step he took, there was no despair; I don't think there is any word of despair in you.
I... Like the way he deals with problems.
Professor Kathrine suddenly asked in my ear, "You were glancing at Wein earlier. Do you like him?"
"Eh??" — "The professor surprised me." My face was red; I could feel it with Professor Kathrine's seductive gaze, which continued to make me agitated.
"I'll tell Wein as soon as possible, you know~" He teased again.
"Please don't do that Professor," I answered while letting out a little sad tone.
"There he is!" Wein exclaimed suddenly while pointing at an object that was moving regularly and structured with class from far away.
"What's that?" Tiffanie asked; she started again, starting to feel curious again and couldn't keep quiet; now she was next to Wein, so she could see clearly what was coming here.
"Ice Elves Squad."

"We just let him, something powerful takes a long time to return, and that human will become the great Monarch of Eternal Darkness." A strange creature, shaped like an alien, with long arms that required him to bend them, just as his long legs made him have to bend.
"But this makes me confused, how can the Monarch's new vessel be in a low race?"
"Didn't Acyras hate that race too? The other monarch was born with the Acyras mixed breed, but he was born with that dog breed."
"I think something is different this time, Acyras didn't side with Eternal Light, but they chose to side with us Monarchs."
"Acyras is a liar!" Shouted one of the four there, he kicked the chair they were sitting on and continued "We have to solve this ourselves without Acyras' help."
"It is impossible!" Rebut someone there.
"This is our war! the Monarch and Supreme Author." He answered again loudly.
"Are you aware of any new races? Vloryark?"
"That..."
The whole room fell silent, letting emptiness dominate the terrible room, with lots of old antiques and darkness, with a background that was used for lighting or lamps.
****/Loraine Eleanoir POV :
After the arrival of the Ice Elf army, we all made an alliance with those Elves, making us join the Elf army against this mighty Yeti, Wein's decision about this seemed wrong to me.
I am an Elf, and I admit that Elves are a cunning race.
"Miss elf, watch out!" Tiffanie excitedly caught the arrow that almost missed me, the ice arrow, it didn't look like it missed.
This alone started my suspicions growing towards my race even though they were Abyssal gate beasts.
Wein was very agile, he moved from one place to another nimbly, using his sharp sword to slash and kill many Yeti.
He pushed me, so I could be stronger.
I got ready and took a stance, holding the sword in my right hand; with the tip of the sword, I pointed towards the Yeti; I placed my left hand a few centimeters before touching the blade.
I used the wind element and cast several short spells but had great results, releasing wind that propelled me toward the Yeti.
He gave his back, and I easily stabbed him with my rapier sword, continuing to take steps on his thick-furred body.
Pulling out the blade of the sword that was impaled when he attacked in pain, I pulled it from his back and pushed my legs to jump to take the opportunity to stab his head from above.
I circled in the sky while calculating every movement correctly to minimize the severe effects so as not to get tired quickly in this situation.
"Thunk!" Penetrating the thickness of the skull, making blood come out from the point I stabbed, he groaned in pain again, this time running incoherently; I stabbed him and pushed my rapier blade into his brain.
"ARGGGHH!"
His body began to lose control, preparing to fall into the snow; I pulled out the rapier sword that was stuck deep in the Yeti's skull, and then I pushed my legs with the help of my thigh muscles and mana so that I launched myself upwards like a rocket.
"Thud!" His body fell into the thick snow, causing the snow to blow away following the shape of his body as it hit the snow on the ground.
"Phew!" I thought I wouldn't be able to defeat any of them, but where is their boss huh~
"Miss Elf is great!" He shouted from afar, like someone I knew was teasing me from afar; I was still searching but couldn't find an answer.
I kept turning my body until I met the turning point that I had already turned seven times, making footprints in the snow that just spun around.
"It's an illusion, Loraine." His voice was calm and gentle, but his aura said something else: he was standing in front of me, and his face was handsome even though I couldn't see it, Wein.
"What?" I asked curiously, how does that exist in physical warfare like this?
"These Ice Elves are cunning; they want to kill us all secretly, so be careful because their magicians are the ones who use deceptive magic." His voice was low, he kept his voice from leaking out.
"I already guessed! elves can't be trusted!" I Say Loudly!
"Shhh! Loraine your voice is too loud!" Wein interrupted again, but his face was not annoyed; he then turned around, turned his back in front of me, and continued, "But I believe in an elf named Loraine."
He left, disappeared from before me, who knows where, disappeared or jumped or ran, certainly his movement could not be seen by my eyes.
But his words touched my tender heart.
'Damn, you're in a war Raine!' Like an alarm, my body reminded me again that I was currently in a war situation.
Currently, the Yeti species is under great pressure, with its population dwindling due to this conflict, but the Ice Elves also no longer have troops because they only have troops that are as limited as the three of us.
However, because of the attack using this alliance, the Yetis were pushed back, but strangely the leader did not leave his throne for a long time.
