Marina, and their team gathered to analyze the data Marcus had recovered. The list of targets displayed on the large monitor made a sense of urgency over everyone in the room.
Marcus pointed to the screen, "This isn't just a vendetta against you, Aiden. Maxwell is pinpointing key individuals in the business world, government, and even cops. He is building alliances by killing his enemies."
Jayden leaned against the table slightly, "He is not just playing a game anymore. This is a full-blown power grab."
Marina walked close to the monitor, painstakingly going through the long list of names. Her heart thudded when she saw her father's name listed close to the top. "He's aiming at my family."
Aiden placed his hands on her waist, a way of reassuring her. "We will protect them. I won't let anything happen to them."
