Alexander had just settled into his bed, the soft glow of the bedside lamp casting a faint light over the black walls of his room. Exhaustion weighed on him, and his body begged for rest after the tumultuous events of the day. He was about to drift off when a sharp knock echoed through his room.
Annoyance flickered across his face as he threw the covers off and strode toward the door. Swinging it open, he was met by one of the guards stationed in the hallway.
"What is it?" Alexander demanded, his voice low and dangerous, his irritation palpable.
The guard shifted nervously under his sharp gaze. "Sir, we saw Miss Anna leaving her room just now. We tried calling out to her, but she didn't respond. She seemed... unaware of her surroundings. We believe she's sleepwalking."
