Saylar came down from his room, a faint smile on his face. He felt an unusual vitality, as if a new strength was coursing through his veins. He met his mother in the kitchen, who was preparing breakfast as usual.
"Good morning, Mom," Saylar said cheerfully, kissing her forehead.
"Good morning, my dear," his mother replied with a warm smile. "Did you sleep well?"
"Yes, perfectly," Saylar answered, hiding the fact that he had spent the first few hours of the morning exploring his new abilities.
Saylar sat down at the breakfast table and began to eat with gusto. He felt incredibly hungry, as if his body needed all this energy after the changes he had undergone.
"Have you noticed anything strange today, Saylar?" his mother asked, watching Lucy, their fluffy, regal-looking cat, trying to jump on the high shelves with remarkable agility. "Lucy seems like she suddenly got a boost of energy and activity, out of nowhere!"
"Strange? Like what?" Saylar asked curiously, hiding his surprise. He had been thinking about the effect of mana on animals, and it seemed that Lucy was one of those affected.
"I don't know exactly," his mother replied. "But Lucy seems... different today."
"Maybe it's because the weather is nice today," Saylar said, trying to offer a convincing explanation.
"Maybe," his mother said with a smile. "Anyway, I'm happy for her activity."
Saylar finished his breakfast, thinking about his mother's words. Was Lucy the only animal affected by mana? Or were there other animals that had gained new abilities?
After breakfast, Saylar went up to his room to get ready for school. He stood in front of the mirror, watching his reflection. He didn't notice any obvious change in his appearance, but he felt a confidence and strength emanating from within.
* "This is the new Saylar," he thought to himself with admiration.
He grabbed his bag and left the house, bidding his mother farewell with a kiss on her cheek.
As he walked down the street, he carefully observed the world around him. He felt that the colors had become more vivid, and the sounds were clearer. He noticed some subtle changes in the plants and animals, as if mana was starting to affect everything.
"This is interesting," Saylar thought. "It seems the whole world is changing."
Saylar arrived at school and found his friends, Basim, Yami, Khalid, Ziad, and Sal, waiting for him at the gate. Saylar felt overjoyed to see Sal, his closest friend.
"Saylar!" Basim called out cheerfully. "You finally made it! We were starting to worry about you."
"Hey guys," Saylar replied with a wide smile, looking at Sal. "How's it going?"
"Good," Sal replied with a smile. "But you seem different today, Saylar. More energetic and lively."
"Maybe because I slept well last night," Saylar said playfully.
"That's good," Sal said. "I was a little worried about you yesterday."
"Don't worry, I'm perfectly fine," Saylar reassured his friend.
The friends started chatting, discussing the events of the previous day and planning what they would do after school.
The school bell rang, signaling the start of the first class. The friends headed to their classroom, and Saylar sat in his usual seat. He tried to focus on the lesson, but he found himself distracted, thinking about the previous events and potential plans for the future.
"What should I do now?" Saylar wondered to himself. "How do I take advantage of this new power?"
Saylar decided to observe and see what effects adding mana would have on the world. Perhaps new abilities would appear in others, or maybe the laws of nature would change in some way.
While Saylar was lost in his thoughts, the math teacher noticed that he was distracted.
"Saylar!" the teacher called out in a stern voice. "Would you mind participating in the class?"
Saylar stood up in surprise, his face flushed with embarrassment.
"I'm sorry, Professor," Saylar muttered.
"Well, then show us how to solve this problem," the teacher said, pointing to a complex equation on the board. The equation involved a mixture of differential and integral equations that Saylar hadn't studied yet.
Saylar looked at the equation with focus. He felt his mind working with incredible speed and accuracy. He started solving the equation step by step, and numbers and symbols danced before his eyes. Within minutes, he arrived at the final solution.
"The answer is..." Saylar said confidently, and wrote the solution on the board.
The teacher looked at the solution in surprise. The solution was completely correct.
"Excellent, Saylar!" the teacher said with admiration. "It seems you have a great talent for mathematics."
"Thank you, Professor," Saylar said gratefully for his teacher's compliment.
"But please focus on the lesson next time," the teacher added in a fatherly tone.
Saylar nodded, feeling a little embarrassed. He decided to focus on the lectures and not distract his mind with thoughts that wouldn't benefit him at that moment.
Saylar sat in his seat, feeling proud and amazed. He hadn't expected to be able to solve this equation so easily. He realized that his new abilities enabled him to excel in his studies as well.
After school ended, Saylar and his friends left the school.
"Saylar, what happened to you today?" Khalid asked curiously. "You were amazing in math class!"
"Yeah," Ziad said. "Have you been studying secretly behind our backs?"
Saylar laughed and said, "No, nothing like that. I was just feeling very focused today."
"Well, whatever the reason, you deserve congratulations," Mazen said.
The friends decided to go to a nearby cafe to chat and spend some time together. They sat around a table and started talking about various topics.
"Have you noticed that today seems different in some way?" Yami suddenly asked.
"Yeah," Basim replied. "I feel like there's something strange in the air."
"I also noticed some strange things," Saylar said calmly. "The colors seem more vivid, and the sounds are clearer. I even feel like I can smell and hear better."
"Maybe it's just a feeling," Saylar added briefly.
The friends changed the subject and continued their chat, drinking their beverages and eating sweets. After half an hour, they decided to go for a walk in a nearby park before saying goodbye to each other.
During their walk to the park, Saylar, thanks to his enhanced hearing, noticed the sound of a girl coming from one of the narrow alleys. The girl pleaded in a trembling voice, "Please, don't come near me!" This was followed by the sound of tearing cloth, which made Saylar's heart clench in terror. He felt a surge of rage welling up inside him, and he realized that he couldn't ignore this situation.
"Wait a moment," Saylar said to his friends, heading towards the dark alley.
"Where are you going?" Sal asked curiously.
"I'll be back in a bit," Saylar replied quickly, and cautiously entered the alley.
Saylar saw a huge man holding a young girl and trying to assault her. The girl was resisting fiercely, but she was no match for this strong man.
Saylar's anger flared. He didn't waste time talking. Saylar lunged at the man with surprising speed, raising his leg powerfully, and delivered a swift kick to the man's face.
Saylar's foot collided with the man's face with a loud thud, and the man staggered backwards, surprised by the sudden attack and the force of the blow. The man fell to the ground, his hand covering his face in pain.
The man got up again, his face stained with blood and his eyes sparking with fury. He wiped his hand over his torn lip and felt his loose teeth with his fingers.
"You bastard!" the man shouted with hatred, and lunged at Saylar again.
Saylar didn't flinch. He stood firm as a mountain, his eyes watching the man's movement with focus. When the man approached him, Saylar dodged his punch with ease and delivered a powerful blow to his stomach. The man bent over in pain, clutching his stomach with his hands.
Saylar didn't give him a chance to resist. Saylar grabbed the man's arm and twisted it forcefully, causing him severe pain that made him scream. The man fell to the ground writhing in pain, unable to move.
At that moment, Saylar's friends arrived at the alley and saw what was happening. They froze in place for a moment, their eyes wide with shock. Saylar, their quiet and peaceful friend, was fighting a huge man with strength and ferocity!
"Saylar!" Sal shouted in concern, rushing towards his friend. "What are you doing? Are you okay?"
The rest of the friends followed, surrounding Saylar.
"What's going on here?" Basim asked in shock.
"This man was trying to..." Saylar began to explain, but he stopped when he saw the girl's frightened look. He didn't want to embarrass her further by talking about what happened in front of his friends.
"It doesn't matter now," Saylar interrupted himself. "The important thing is that it's over."
"Are you sure you're okay?" Yami asked with concern.
"Yes, I'm fine," Saylar replied, reassuring his friends. "This man didn't hurt me."
"Oh my God, you were amazing!" Basim said in awe. "I didn't know you could fight like that!"
"Yeah," Yami added. "You did well."
"That guy was huge!" Khalid said in amazement. "How did you manage to overpower him?"
"I don't know," Saylar replied honestly. "I acted instinctively."
"Whatever it was, you're a hero in our eyes," Ziad said proudly.
"Yeah," Mazen agreed. "You saved that girl from a dangerous situation."
Saylar felt warmth and gratitude towards his friends. He realized that he had people who loved and supported him, and this gave him greater strength.
"Thank you, guys," Saylar said gratefully. "I'm grateful for your support."
Saylar looked at the girl who still seemed terrified. He approached her calmly and said, "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine," the girl said in a low voice. "I'm just a little scared."
"Don't worry," Saylar reassured her. "You're safe now."
The girl smiled shyly and said, "Thank you for helping me."
"You're welcome," Saylar replied. "I'm glad I could help."
At that moment, a man in uniform approached them. He was a police officer, and it seemed that he had been called to the scene after one of Saylar's friends called for help.
"What's going on here?" the officer asked sternly.
Saylar explained to the officer what had happened and pointed to the man who was still lying on the ground in pain. The police arrested the man and took him to the police car.
The officer asked the girl if she was okay and if she wanted to file a complaint against the man. The girl nodded and went with the officer to the police car to give her statement.
After the police car left, the alley fell silent. The girl breathed a sigh of relief and thanked Saylar again for helping her.
"I don't know how to thank you," the girl said in a trembling voice. "You saved me from a terrible situation."
"You're welcome," Saylar replied with a warm smile. "I'm glad I was here at the right time."
"How did you know I needed help?" the girl asked curiously.
"I heard your voice," Saylar replied. "My hearing is a bit sharp."
The girl looked at Saylar with admiration. "You're an amazing person," she said. "Thank you again."
Saylar smiled and felt overjoyed. He had used his new abilities to help someone in need, and this made him feel proud and satisfied.
Saylar turned to his friends and found them watching him in silence. They were still amazed by what had happened, and their eyes expressed a mixture of admiration and curiosity.
"Come on, guys," Saylar said cheerfully. "It's getting late."
Saylar and his friends left the alley and continued their way to the park. The atmosphere was still a bit tense, but Saylar felt relieved that he had been able to save the girl from a dangerous situation.
The friends continued their stroll in the park, talking about what had happened and praising Saylar's courage. Saylar felt happy and proud, and he realized that the power he had gained from the magic pen was not only to protect himself, but to protect others as well.
As the sun began to set, the friends decided to return home.
"Saylar, I'll walk you home," Sal offered.
"Thank you, Sal," Saylar said gratefully.
The two friends walked together for a while, talking about various things.
"Saylar," Sal suddenly said, "I feel like there's something different about you today."
"Really?" Saylar asked curiously. "What do you mean?"
"I can't pinpoint it exactly," Sal replied. "But you seem... more confident and calm."
Saylar smiled. "Maybe it's because I was able to help that girl today."
"Maybe," Sal said. "But I think it's more than that. I feel like you've changed somehow."
"I don't think so," Saylar said, trying to hide the truth about what had happened to him. "I'm still the same person."
"Maybe," Sal said skeptically. "But whatever it is, I support you. You're my friend, and I'll always be there for you."
Saylar smiled gratefully. "Thank you, Sal. That means a lot to me."
The two friends continued their way in silence, each thinking about what had happened during the day. When they arrived at Saylar's house, Sal stopped.
"See you later, Saylar," Sal said. "See you tomorrow."
"See you later, Sal," Saylar replied. "And thank you again for everything."
Saylar entered the house, feeling happy and grateful for having a loyal friend like Sal in his life. He realized that the path he was now on was full of challenges and the unknown, but he wasn't afraid. He knew that he had the strength and support to face anything.
