Chapter 14 - The Pill Maker's Abode

Alexander walked side by side with Peter who kept avoiding eye contact ever since his life was saved. They were passing the passage way of the forest towards the town. Alexander kept his cool and walked casually until the quietness was enough.

"So no comment on what happened back there?" Alexander asked but suddenly Peter came infront of him and bowed deeply.

"Please don't tell anyone about what happened today." Peter begged full hearty. Alexander was shocked but didn't let it show on his face. With a sigh he signed Peter to raise.

"Listen, I must tell your father about this. This way you won't do something so dangerous like this again." As Alexander said this Peter places his head down I'm disappointment. Alexander continued. "This way you won't go to the forest without full protection next time. This might be the safe zone but it's still dangerous especially to someone who hasn't awaked his mana yet." Alexander said all this with his head high trying to sound like a man of justice. Peter on the other hand raised his head in confusion.

"Am referring to the king...part." Peter shyly said.

"Oh that. Don't worry. I wouldn't embarrass you...your majesty." Alexander chuckled a little and walked away.

They arrived at the town safe and sound and Alexander led Peter to his home. Not so surprising the house was huge. Not as big as the town head's house but still very big. Two guards were in front of the gates and immediately they saw the young master of the house they bowed and let them in. Alexander checked their rank and they were both in the Warrior Initiation stage. This was not too bad but with their current age Alexander could guess that they were at least in their forties. They still had time to increase their strength.

They walked pass them and met a maid who led them to the main hall. In the hall, a man in beautiful red mage robes with a bold head and a nicely shaded grey beard was standing looking at a photo on the wall. When he noticed the boys he turned and smiled deeply.

{Name: Fiannar Valtorii

Race: Elf

Rank: Apex master

Attitude: ????

Blessings: ????}

Alexander wasn't surprised to see this man in front of him with so much power. Because this man was the head of the Valtorii clan in this town. The town of El'goroth has many clans in it. This included the Vale clan which Alexander belonged to and which was the ruling clan as well. This grandfather was the clan head as well as the town head. The man in front of him was the clan head of the Valtorii clan. This man was responsible for the pills for the town.

These pills held the power to temporarily or permanently enhance one's abilities, allowing warriors, mages, and cultivators to surpass their limits.

There are three types of pills.

The first type, known as Mana Pills, glowed with a soft, ethereal light. These pills contained concentrated magical energy, which, when consumed, would grant the user a significant boost in their spellcasting abilities. With Mana Pills, mages could cast more complex spells, and their magical prowess would become nearly unmatched.

The second type, Strength Pills, radiated a fierce, golden aura. These pills were infused with potent physical energy, allowing warriors to tap into unparalleled strength, speed, and agility. With Strength Pills, even the most formidable foes would tremble before the enhanced warrior.

The third type, Cultivation Pills, shimmered with a gentle, crystalline light. These pills contained ancient, distilled energies that would accelerate a cultivator's spiritual growth. With Cultivation Pills, one could break through stubborn plateaus, achieving higher levels of enlightenment and mastery over their inner energies.

While these pills offered immense power, they also came with risks. The effects of the pills could be temporary or permanent, depending on the user's constitution and the pill's potency. However, the pills' power came at a cost, for they could also lead to addiction, physical or spiritual imbalance, and unpredictable consequences.

Despite these risks, many warriors, mages, and cultivators sought out these enchanted pills, hoping to gain the edge they needed to triumph over their adversaries.

The hierarchy of pills began with the Common tier, which included the _Mana Spark_ and _Strength Shard_. These humble concoctions granted minor boosts to magical energy and physical prowess.

As one ascended the ranks, they encountered the Rare pills, such as the _Mana Apex_ and _Strength Tempest_. These pills wielded significant effects that could turn the tide of battle.

Beyond the Rare pills lay the Epic tier, home to legendary concoctions like the _Mana Eternity_ and _Strength Primordial_. The Legendary tier was a realm of myth and legend, where pills like the _Mana Requiem_ and _Strength Ragnarok_ held the power to reshape reality.

At the pinnacle of the hierarchy lay the Unique pills, one-of-a-kind concoctions that defied categorization. The _Mana Singularity_ and _Strength Omniverse_ were two such examples, their effects warping the fabric of reality.

The man who stood in front of Alexander was a pill maker who studied for more than 20 years and began his profession after his studies. He had been making pills for at least 50 years and extremely talented. His cultivation wasn't the results of battle but the results of his constant making of pills. Making him a mater pill maker.

Peter walked to the man and gave a bow before standing behind him.

"So what brings you hear today. Young master Alexander." Fiannar asked.

Alexander bowed a little and smiled. "Please I am no young master as I belong to no clan...master Fiannar."

Fiannar chuckled a little and signed fo him to take a sit.

"What happened to your father truly was unfair. He could have been a great leader." Fiannar said was a tone of disappointment. "But no matter, he has a son who can complete that dream for him."

Alexander suddenly didn't feel comfortable. This was something everyone always said and he should have got use to it by now but he still wasn't. He just smiled and nodded.

"Now, about my early question. What do we owe the pleasure?" Fiannar asked again and before Alexander could talk Peter who was also sitting spoke.

"Well, father he delivered me today here to you because he become by savour." Peter said with a smile.

"Is that so?" Fiannar asked with his right brow up. "Please explain clearly."
