As Ren and I walked side by side and left the library behind, my thoughts swirled with plans for the training session. I was so eager to test the spells I had unearthed with him in the library.
"You think this place's training room will be as fancy as the one in Emeraldine Palace?"
Ren broke the silence and I glanced at him, noting the spark of curiosity in his ruby-red eyes.
"Maybe more. But we'll find out soon enough," I replied, quickening my pace.
We continued walking through the winding corridors, down the familiar narrow spiral staircase. Our footsteps reverberated against the cold stone walls and as we finally arrived at the room, we realized something.
"Wait. Is this the same room where we had our entrance trial with Cergy?" Ren glanced at me.
