Elias sat at his desk, going through some of the reports Lena had given him earlier in the day.
His eyes quickly caught something that is not usual, a folded piece of paper that was put in between the pages. Frowning, he unfolded it.
The note was very brief, written in a neat hand:
"We need to meet. I have some information you will want to see. Tonight, same time and place."
No signature, no name, but it was clear who the note was meant for. Elias was very angry as he saw the note. He placed the note down and picked up his phone.
"Lena, Can you come to my office, please?" he said into the phone, his voice was steady.
Lena entered a few moments later, her usual calm attitude was still there, though she seemed slightly careful.
"You wanted to see me?" She said.
Elias held up the note without any word.
"Where did you find that?" Lena said as her breath was hit, but she quickly keep her reaction.
