Langston rest his back in his chair, watching Lena as she sat opposite from him.
"You are late," Langston said, his voice was calm but loaded with some authority.
"I was not sure I wanted to come, What do you want?" Lena replied, her tone was sharp.
"Straight to the point. I like that. Let me ask you something, Lena. Have you ever wondered why your life has been so... difficult?" Langston asked.
"What are you talking about?" Lena said as her eyes narrowed.
"I'm talking about your family. Your real family." Langston said leaning forward, putting his elbows on the table.
"My real family?" Lena asked.
"Yes, You have been living someone else's life, Lena. A stolen life." Langston said, his smirk was moving into something more serious.
"That is ridiculous," Lena said, shaking her head.
