Chapter 40 - Final Boss of the Forest

With the rest of the fairies in tow, Rose guided, or perhaps lured, me to a strange room. It is a fairly large room with one notable feature: the floor is very soft, like a huge bed. Maybe this is the fairies' nap room or something.

My team of fairies and I walked further into the room and I turned around. Rose had that huge, scary smile again, and her team of fairies were all taking positions surrounding me. I'm trapped. This is actually scary.

"Since we cannot defeat him with magic, we will have to defeat him with our bodies," said Rose, as her dress vanished. "Get him! Don't stop until he begs for mercy."

The fairies encircling me approached slowly as their dresses vanished.

"You won't defeat me so easily." I said, nervously backing away.

Then my team of fairies grabbed me from behind and pulled me down to the floor on top of them. Okay, I really am at their mercy now.

I gasped dramatically. "Betrayal!? You traitors!" I looked around at them. "Even you, Iris?"

"Sorry," said Iris, sheepishly, while Rose and her team dogpiled me.

Then, they started tickling me all over, and I learned I am very ticklish. I started laughing uncontrollably and convulsing a bit too. My strength is sapped. Damn, this is actually a pretty serious weakness for me.

I reached for a couple fairies who were tickling me and pulled them in to try to stop them.

"Oh, no!" said one of them.

"He's too strong!" said the other one.

Then they both rested their heads on my chest and got comfortable snuggling up against me.

"He's gaining the upper hand," said Tulip. "What do we do?"

"It's okay, I know his greatest weakness," said Rose as she reached toward me. "It's this thing."

Yes, that thing. Rose grabbed it with both hands. Meanwhile, the other fairies were switching from tickling to caressing.

"He can't fight back when we touch it." said Rose. "See? Now he's helpless."

Well shit, that's actually pretty much true, in a way. I guess I was getting overconfident, thinking I might be invulnerable or something, but it surprises me that these fairies are two for two on finding real weaknesses. Do they have some special talent for finding weaknesses?

I just hope they never figure out what a pushover I can be. I had better work on that before it causes me some real trouble. Wait, this situation may be real trouble, arguably, maybe they already knew. Have I been playing right into their hands from the beginning?

"Don't get cocky." I said, dramatically. "I know your weaknesses too."

"Aha! Now the real battle begins," said Rose as she mounted me.
