I screamed and I flipped to the ground, I was so startled at the whisper. I tightened my eyes and I was so shocked. I opened it slowly and I saw a female. She looked like she was in her early twenties. She was definitely beautiful and she packed her dark brown hair in a ponytail. Her blue eyes shined brightly in the dark and we both stared at each other. She was kneeling on the grass and I was on the grass, both of us facing opposite each other.
"Are you okay?" Her voice was deep and cold and I couldn't read her expression.
I squeezed my brows at her. I slowly sat back to the grass, still facing opposite her. "I guess?" My face was still confused.
"I'm Eminent but most people call me Emi." She smiled brightly and she stretched her left hand to me.
I was still so confused and I was even scared to accept her proposal. She had that smile that made me scared of her.
"I_'m Susan, just call me Susy." I strutted and I accepted her proposal.
We shook hands and we let go immediately. She still had that smile, she sat beside me at my left, while the fire was at our front.
"You are the new girl, right?" She turned her face to the right and she smiled a little.
"Y_yes?" I stammered a little and the confusion gripped me, "how do you know me?"
"I have my ways." She gave that scary smile and she sounded like a psycho.
We both sat beside each other awkwardly. There was silence and we both looked at the fire. The words she said before came back to me.
"Wh..."
"You like him, right?" She interrupted me and she directed her head towards that guy.
"W_what are you talking about?" I stammered a little and I huffed, uncomfortably.
I looked at the guy and I became more uncomfortable.
"To tell you the truth, I came to you intentionally." She said in a serious tune and we both looked at the boy.
I felt like sighing but I controlled myself. She was probably one of those obsessed girls that are willing to die, if a girl is seeing her crush.
"It's not what it is. I really don't like him, you can seriously have him to yourself." I tried to sound convincing but I sounded like those girls from the movies, trying to act cool.
"What are you talking about?" She glared at me and she raised a brow. "Do you think I like Henry?"
I faced my left and I stared at her, she was looking at Henry. "You don't?"
"I like someone else, his name is Justin. I have liked him for four months." She wore a sad face.
"Wait wait! Who's Justin? Who's Henry?" I was so confused and curious. I squeezed those brows even more.
"Henry is the person you have been eyeing. Justin is that handsome man there." She directs her hand to a handsome man at our right.
He looked like he was the same age as Henry. He was also handsome, I couldn't lie.
"Why are you telling me that you like him?" I asked and my face was as confused than ever.
"I have known you since you arrived. You look very beautiful and I need advice from someone experienced in relationships." She explained calmly.
"I'm sorry but you have come across the wrong person." I giggled a little and I looked at her.
She gave me that 'really?' face. My smile vanished immediately. I cleared my throat and I avoided eye contact.
"So you are telling me, you have such a beautiful face and you have never dated before." She said in disbelieve and she sounded amused. "How old are you?"
"Twenty five." I whispered a little and I still avoided eye contact.
"Wow! You are four years older than me!" She sounded more amused. "We look like age mate. I could hardly believe that."
I smiled at her and I continued staring at the fire. "What do you like about him?" I was starting to like our conversation.
"I have been here for eight months," I widened my eyes at her.
"Eight months?" I exaggerated with my eyes opened widely.
"I was suppose to leave since, but, I stayed behind. Because of him," she pointed to Justin. "I have falling completely in love with him, even though he is seven years older than me. He has been here for four months."
"Wow! That's crazy. You have to make him notice you, right?" I asked curiously.
"Notice?" She scoffed and she chuckled, "he doesn't even know I exist. That's why I will confess to him first."
"Wow! I don't think I can ask a boy out."
"If you are in my shoes someday, you might just do it." She wore a serious face.
"Since I am older, let me advice you. Don't try it!" I acted cool and sounded cool.
She scoffed, "why would I receive relationship advice from a person with zero record of relationships." She laughed again.
I eyed her and I sighed deeply. I passed the drink at my front to her.
"Thanks." She opened it and gulped it in her mouth. "Do you want to know about Henry?"
"Why would I?" I murmured even though I actually wanted to.
She laughed a little and she dropped her drink on the grass. "He has been staying here for a year. He is known for his cold behavior. He hardly relate to anyone and he mostly looks sad."
"Why?" I asked sharply and I looked very curious.
"Who knows. I really don't like his behavior even though Justin is not any better." She looked at Justin with those admiring eyes.
"When are you planning on giving him the letter?" I smiled and I looked at her, then faced my gaze to the handsome Justin.
"Tomorrow!" She smirked and she rushed the drink into her mouth.
-----
The sun shined into my eyes, making me to open my eyes slowly and inconveniently. I groaned on my bed and I opened my eyes fully. I turned my body to the right, moving my body from the transparent walls of the room, where one could see outside.
I stretched my body and I squeezed the white duvet around my body. My eyes were still sleepy but I managed to get up. I took the brown book and I analyse the events but there was no event today. I sighed and I remembered my interaction with Emi. It made me smile brightly, I stood and I went towards my wardrobe. I picked a black fitted short spaghetti handle cloth, that was probably few inches away from my butt. I matched it with that expensive Prada black jacket.
I offed my rainbow night gown. I entered the bathroom and I left my clothes on the bed. The bathroom looked more bigger, for some reason. It had golden walls and golden ceiling. I entered the bathtub, made a bubble bath with warm water. I stayed in it, scrubbed my body and played in it for a while. I finished and I washed my hair after that. I grabbed the white towel, which was hanged on the cloth rack. I wrapped it around my body and I came out of the bathroom.
I turned the hair dryer on and I dried my hair for few minutes. I wore my clothes that I placed on the bed, and I wore a eight inches black heels. I sat at my dressing mirror. I did not bother doing makeup, I was already too beautiful. I just patted the middle of my hair and I let it down. I was looking extremely beautiful.
Thinking about it, she never told me her room number. No matter what I was going to find her room. I was currently jobless at the moment, I needed to talk to her again.
I stood and I walked majestically out of my room. Moving further, I saw Henry coming out of the room in my corridor. I widened my eyes and I entered my room.
What was doing and why?! I raised a brow and I decided to peep, to see whether he was gone. It was such a coincidence to find out he was the one staying at my floor.
I turned my face to the right and peeped again and I saw him standing at the door of his room. He had the same cold face, I couldn't lie, he was just getting more handsome.
I was about going out of my room, when I saw another girl coming out of his room.
