Ryan basked in the aftermath of their intense encounter. Ren who had woken up, felt a strange feeling within her.
Apart from the fact that she had engaged in a sinful act with her brother, there was a strange feeling of a newfound power that surged within her. Flowing through every part of her being.
After they had finished cleaning up, Ryan confronted her informing her of his sinister plan. Since she was already at her beck and call, he wasn't worried that she would criticize him, rather she offered her assistance.
Ryan told her that he would need her assistance in convincing their father to renroll him back at the academy.
Ren, upon hearing this knew it was no small task due to the events that had taken place in the past. The gap between him and his father was airy.
He never seemed to be close to his father even in the past. Being the only son of the family, one would think that the two shared an unbreakable bond, but that was just the exact opposite.
His father seemed to be closer to females in the family. Not that he didn't care, but he wasn't much of dad towards Ryan. Which would explain his predecessor's twisted character.
Ryan knew that she could handle it, seeing as she had a way with words.
Ren agreed to his demands, but she requested for a little more time as she uncertain how she would convince her father.
Before exiting her room, Ryan gave her kiss as he didn't forget to mould her breast a little before leaving.
As Ryan exited the he thought getting a little fresh air. He proceeded towards the backyard.
The uncanny sound of silence that filled the atmosphere was bit uncomfortable for Ryan.
The only ones in the mansion were Ryan and Ren and they involved events of pleasure almost throughout the day.
The maids who occasionally stayed at the mansion were on a break for the time being.
Ryan made his way to the backyard as he sat on a bench looking up at the cool evening sky.
The Carter family was a noble one known throughout the Imperial City. They were ranked as one of five strongholds of the Imperial City.
The Carter's were part of a bloodline filled with fame and power. Everyone from the family held exceptional skills and ranks.
Ryan had three sisters who were elite assassins, two of them were already in the academy. His parents were third in command of the whole city.
Each member of the family holding unmatched fame and power.
Ren on the other hand who was in her room, reminiscing on the events that occurred between her brother and I, felt a mix of guilt and excitement stir up within her.
Also she has been having this feeling that something had changed within her, but she couldn't place her finger on it. It was like a newfound power or rather an upgrade of her previous ones. She pondered about this for quite some time, but discarded the thought comforting herself with the thought that it was just a normal feeling after sex. Deep down something didn't agree with that thought.
Ryan sat down outside lost in his storm of thoughts. He needed to get into the academy as soon as possible. The idea of him sitting at home all day didn't sit right with him.
He needed to get into the academy, where there are likely to be more Gifted with exceptional skills that would prove useful for him in his future encounter with the demon lord.
A skill that he would to gain sooner or later in the future would be his sister's.
Emma Carter, an SS rank assassin who held unmatched power when it comes to combat abilities and physical display. She wielded a skill that would aid Ryan in his quest for world domination. Soul Harnessing, being the name of her skill. A skill that stood at the top rank when it came to power ranking. This skill enables the wielder to consume the souls of their enemies and harness it turning it into mana for them. It also allows the wielder to use their powers for short amount of time. A deadly power indeed, embedded within a deadly woman.
Emma was nothing like Ren, the words mercy or kindness was not in her vocabulary. She was a cold-blooded assassin who has ended the lives of her enemies in a swift manner.
She wasn't someone to mess with, and ine wouldn't want to get on her bad side. Ryan recalled events from his predecessor's past, when she put him through vigorous training and would put him series of hard painful punishment when he couldn't complete a task given to him.
Ryan shivered a little as he remembered those memories. He wasn't ready to get her skill just yet. He needed to get more powerful. Tho he was already at the peak rank of any being, but he still felt like he lacked some basic skills and knowledge needed to unleash the full potential of his power.
Ryan chuckled lightly at the thought that he was soon going to be in a nest of eggs with him playing the role of a snake ready to sink it's fangs into them.
Ryan smile at the endless possibilities that he could achieve on this world with his newfound powers.
A WEEK LATER
Ryan was sitting in her room as he went through his Inventory. A knock was heard on the door as Ryan quickly dismissed the panel above him.
"Come in" Ryan said looking at the door in anticipation as to who it was.
Ryan's eyes met a beautiful young lady dressed in shorts miniskirts and blue blouse top. It was none other than Ren.
She came inside the room as she sat down next to Ryan.
"Master, I've come to inform you that father has agreed with your demands" She said as she folded her knuckles in her thighs and held up an innocent demeanor.
Ryan was pleased with this information, his heart raced with excitement.
He looked at her with a satisfied smile on his face, tucking up her chin as he stared into her eyes.
"You've don well Ren, and for that you shall be rewarded". Ryan said with a sinister grin on his face.
Ren blushed a bit as she the kind of reward was talking about.
After a few hours of rewarding Ren, Ryan started strategizing a plan on how he was going to level up more and increase his skills.
'It begins now' Ryan said inwardly as a devious smile escaped his lips.
